Went into lobby to order a specific item, waited approximately 5-10 minutes, person working behind counter saw me, turned his back and was on his phone the entire time. Didn’t acknowledge me at all. I then went through the drive through, 4 cars ahead of me and the ladies working out in the cold had everyone served in under 3 minutes. Get and stay off your phone.

Employees are incredible! They were super busy and I didn’t even wait for more than 5 minutes. Food was hot and delicious. They even gave my dog a pup cup. I didn’t even know they did that! Super impressed

My kids love the little train with the whistle that runs above the dining area.... it's been broken for a long time. Used to be the only reason we took them here.... might be the only reason to stop coming here. Yes, silly, but my kid's disappointment in the train not working is worth not coming here.

Food is over priced and quality has gone way down not just this location all dairy queens . As far as ice cream Andy's is.acroas.the street and dq can't compare

This DQ has the best service and the best food but why is Fox News always on the public tv? There is not one kid interested in watching Fox News, much less, more than 50% of the adults who dine there. Put on the Cartoon Network or the Disney Channel.

Beware, this place is serving RAW hotdogs. I ordered chili dog this past weekend and discovered the hot dog was covered with chili and was COLD and RAW. Really people!!!

The workers at this Dairy Queen have some of the nastiest attitudes. They don’t greet you when you walk in, they act like they don’t want to be there, and the customer service is just terrible. If you ask a question, they give you attitude like you’re bothering them. It doesn’t take much to be polite, especially when working in customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location. Do better!
