I love the Webster Groves location, so we decided to stop by here since we were closer to this location. We got our usual of chicken, fried rice and chicken wings. We tried the bao tacos for the first time! Everything was hot fresh and delicious as usual. However, this location was a bit different from the Webster Groves location. They don't have any sauces for you to grab at your leisure except poison sauce, salt, and pepper packets. I asked if ANY sauce came with the chicken because I was used to getting a side of Thai chili sauce for the Thai chili wings. He told me no, sauce will cost extra. Oh... ok. So then my husband goes up and buys some lime ranch or something and it was gross with the chicken. So then, our fried rice comes out. It's delicious, but I am the type to like a little bit of sweet and salty in my fried rice. So I go up and ask if they have any soy sauce packets. He gives me 3 or 4 packets. I go up AGAIN to ask if there is any sweet-and-sour sauce that's free. He tells me yes... now why wouldn't you offer me that when I initially asked you is there any sauce that comes with the chicken??!? That annoyed me so bad. I had to stop my meal 3 times now to come up here for sauces that could have just been out for people to grab when they need them (or OFFERED AT LEAST). Another thing that added to my annoyance was that those tacos were extremely spicy. This was our first time ordering those. What if I was about to take it home for my kids before trying them?!? It was not noted anywhere on the menu that they were spicy either. But I can't lie, their food is consistently good and customer service (aside from this incident) is pretty much solid as well. so I'll definitely be back.

As a fan of pho grand, I really like the pho combo. I usually ask for Sriracha (you can get this on request). I added Sriracha and hoisin sauce and it was great!

DD Mau has become our first choice for Asian food, it’s so delicious that we visit at least once a week! Really appreciate the extensive vegan options, and that the food and service are both consistently excellent. They are a bit more expensive than some similar options, but I am happy to pay a little more to count on the food and service both being great. I also like that the owner is there regularly and actively engaged in the business.

Not sure why this place is so highly rated, but I am probably spoiled coming from a city with a bit more population density. I ordered combo pho and some shrimp spring rolls. The pho broth was very salty and missing some of the complex flavors that typically highlight this wonderful soup (Anise, ginger, cloves, etc.) resulting in a bland quality. The rice noodles had an odd texture and flavor so I ended up throwing them out. The brisket was extremely chewy but tasted about right. The rare beef also had an odd flavor so I didn't tempt fate and threw it out. In the end, most of the soup went to the trash. The spring rolls were better, but also missing that fresh herb flavor that usually makes it stand out. I used to be of the thought that pho is like pizza in the sense that even bad, it's still good! I know better now.

We have been regulars at DD Mall. They have messed up our last three orders not including food promised credits, never delivered. It is very profitable when people pay for product that is not given. They were given a chance to redeem themselves one last time did not give us any credits and wanted to charge extra for a sauce. They don’t get my dollars again, I would not patronize this place unless you can check your order before you leave. They will absolutely rip you off. My wife had told the person at the counter she would not return they did not seem to care
