I order here a lot! I love their food and their customer service. I door dashed things today and one was forgotten out of my bag, not a big deal- I just went ahead and ordered another one since I’m sick and don’t want to get them sick. There was a note on my bag apologizing! They realized I was the same person and went out of their way to make it right as well as being kind and communicative! thank you so much to the lovely staff!

I ordered pickup for 1 x Double Cheeseburger and 1 x Stack of Double Berry Banana Strawberry Pancakes, I didn’t receive not 1 piece of fruit in my order of Strawberry’s or bananas per the item description. I tried to call the location for 10 minutes to speak to a team member but no one ever answered the line. The other extension option was placing an order, which is an automated system. The contact us option on the website is throwing errors when I try to submit my online message. This was a pretty bad experience with Dennys after visiting for the first time in probably 5 yrs.

I was picking up breakfast. He was told they were putting it together in all along it sit there on the counter the whole time I was there for approximately 10 to 12 minutes and by time I got it the food was cold.

The server was decent. Drink refills were prompt but we had to get his attention each time. He didn't check back on us so we could tell him that the food was unsatisfactory. Everything was cold & one item was so dry it was inedible. Manager comped the inedible meal & discounted the others, but she didn't seem very apologetic that we had a bad experience. This location seems to have gone downhill over the past several years. Sadly we likely will not return.
For the second week in a row I've ordered online and this trash restaurant passes it on to DoorDash for delivery and I'm left waiting for over an hour, no one answers the phone, a lack of respect for the customer, it's the worst service I've ever seen in the world

Door dash delivery was right but the portions was not exactly okay. I ordered sides but I didn’t think the sides were right portions. If you are going to DoorDash, don’t order sides. Just order a big meal and pick out what you don’t want.
