Hands down WORST location I've ever ordered from. I travel all over the country with my job and Domino's Pizza is one of my go-to choices. The pizza and chicken I was served from here was straight trash. Half the pizza had no sauce or toppings, the pineapple jalapeño chicken was dry. Both had the look, taste and texture of being at least 3 days old. I wouldn't expect a malnourished, homeless, back-alley mutt to eat what came out of this place. It's tragic really, because I don't think I'll be able to order from Domino's again. Especially after being completely ignored by the "customer service lady" Brenda that I was assured would take care of it. They should just shutdown this location. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

The most awful cheese tods I ever ate. I beg everyone to not to buy anything from here. They have the most disgusting pizzas and garlic bread. I never thought that someone can mess up potato untili ate here. Terrible. ??

This Maryland Heights Domino's is horrible. I ordered food online and it was delivered within reason. The problem is that the order was incorrect. First, I was brought the wrong soda. So, at the door, the driver said he would go and get the correct one. When he left, I opened the bag and found the wrong salad dressing and there was only one when I paid for an extra one. How do you get Caesar out of Ranch? Can't you people read? I immediately called the Restaurant to try to catch the driver to have him bring back the right dressing. It took too long for them to answer. The manager was not in so the person I spoke with said he was the assistant manager. I barely could understand him. He talked like he had a mouth full of mush. He was not apologetic at all to the mistakes they made. We went round and round I ended up hanging up on him. Mind you the driver brought me the correct soda in the meantime. This assistant manager said he would cancel my order and wanted to charge me again but without the cost of the dressing. He asked me for my credit card number. I didn't trust him to do the right thing so I had him send the driver back to pick up the food. This is not the first time this Domino's has gotten items wrong. Management there sucks. I will never order from there again. Buyer beware!!!!

I’m so sad this is my local dominos because it’s always problem after problem. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this store deserves one. I’ve had my orders cancelled multiple times due to stoves not working or no delivery drivers. They have failed to issue a refund twice. I’ve received incorrect items. All these things I have brushed under the rug but enough is enough.

Placed an order through the app on Sunday night and the manager called to tell me he had to cancel my order because their stoves weren’t working. Okay, that’s fine.. Place an order a few days later (today- Thursday) manager calls to tell me he won’t have a delivery driver until 4pm.. It’s 2pm now. Why is online ordering an option for you all if you’re not going to fulfill any of the orders properly??

They delivered barely warm pizza after over an hour of waiting. They clearly either, A. let my order sit and forgot about it OR B. the delivery person took a smoke break for 30 minutes before delivering. Insulting to be given pizza like this with no apology of any sort.

We placed an online order for pickup at 10:45p on Tuesday 11/28/23. A few minutes later, we got the message that our order had been cancelled. We called the store and thes female that answered said they had to close early because they were short staffed. The normal closing time is midnight. I called back 4 times before getting an answer. The female pickep up the phone and rudely said "Domino's. We're closed!" She hung up. I called the following morning. John, the store manager, told me he was busy and he would call me back. That was on Wednesday 11/29/23. I have never received that call. I have called the store every day since and always got an excuse why John couldn't speak to me. On Monday 12/4/23, I received a call back from April in customer service. She was more disrespectful and rude than anyone I have spoken with at Domino's. When I asked who I could speak to about her horrible customer sévice, she told me that there was noone above her to complain to. We think she would be better suited for custodial service as opposed to customer service. There was no resolution to my issues!

I placed and order online for delivery when I was working in the area earlier this evening and it was NOT a pleasant experience. My order came a little bit earlier than the app expected, which seemed like a good omen. One of my two items was wrong. I tried to call the store in an attempt to have it remade and sat on hold for over 11 minutes before I decided it ALSO wasn't worth losing sleep over with an early start the next morning to probably not get taken care of either way. Thanks, dominos.
