They really need to stop parking online orders. We sit there for 10-15 minutes watching all the other cars in the drive thru get served way before us. Every. Single. Time. I’m going to start refusing to park if this doesn’t stop. It’s not fair at all when our orders are in before theirs are.

Forced to use this hardees as the other local one closed.Out if approximately 20 visits i have never once recieved a correct order. Every visit ends up being a long wait reguardless of how busy it is.I have never recieved cheese on any of my buscuits as ordered. Or missing sandwiches, or end up with someone elses order.Staff is typically rude.Pretty embarrassing from a business stand point over all. Feels like managment is just there for the paycheck

Ordered one breakfast sandwich and waited in the drive throughfor 12 minutes and I was the only one in the drive through. I saw at least 3 employees. Had to take the ham off my sandwich because it looked old and tasted funny.

Seriously no coffee. Ordered sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Received a very dried up ham and cheese biscuit. Was not worth going back and complaining. But Seriously cost almost $5.00.

They were out of several main components. No meat for burritos and no onions or tomatoes for for burgers and the service was very questionable so we chose to just leave.

I’ve had good and bad service from this location. Food is fine and dine-in ordering has been acceptable. My issue is with the drive thru. Almost every visit they ask customers to pull forward after ordering so they can take money from other customers. You will commonly see 3 to 5 customers behind you get their food and drive away before they bring your food out. I don’t feel this is an appropriate way to serve customers, but it’s fast food so I don’t feel entitled to fair service.

Frisco breakfast sandwiches were terrible, which has become a frequent occurrence.At all locations. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on. What a shame. I guess you really can't find good help these days.
