When I walked into this coffee shop, I loved how Natalie asked “Is this your first time!” Because usually I walk into a place and tell them it’s my first time to get their recommendations. Natalie delivered me an awesome coffee and experience. She was kind enough to ask me my name, go over the menu , and provide me recommendations based of my likes and dietary needs.
