Hilary's Roadhouse

This was a good diner. However the fire and pandemic caused the owners to be able to not reopen it. They have a similar diner in another location, but this is permanently closed.

Never had a bad experience. Every time we go the staff isalways awesome!

Awesome food and great service. So sorry to hear of the fire and closure but looking forward to July 2019 when they plan to reopen! We will be back!

My wife and I are in the habit of finding local gems to dine at, Hilary’s Roadhouse is one of them! Great food, good quantities and really good service. If you get there after 9:00 on a Saturday you are going to wait, but don’t fret they turn the tables fast! The place is old and shows its wear and tear a bit. The thing is you can either go to a fancy place where they will charge you much more than the product they offer or you is worth or you can go local and know that the owners are doing their best to balance food cost and value. I choose value!!

I loved this place, it's one of those hidden gems!!! I had breakfast here with my cousin. She knows I love ma and pa restaurants. It's a tight squeeze but it's so worth it. You seat yourself and your kinda packed in there. Even though your next to a stranger it's not awkward. Everybody is friendly and down to earth including the workers. Also, food was so flavorful and came out quickly. I absolutely love this place I wouldnt change a thing!! Including spacing.

Definitely check out this 2nd-generation-locally-owned diner in Maryland Heights. Lindsey is the absolute sweetest person and server we've ever encountered anywhere! She made excellent recommendations for breakfast, served with speed, and the kitchen cooked everything TO PERFECTION-especially my medium rare steak...it's so good, and I'm so full that it's coming home with us! My BF also claims, "The Eggs Hilary are to die for!" 2 thumbs way up!

Delicious food! Excellent service. I tried the asparagus and ham breakfast, it was unique and scrumptious. Seat yourself, relaxed atmosphere. Check it out ✔️☺️

Very good food, best for breakfast & lunch

Whenever we have time for breakfast out we head to Hillary's. The food is good and generous and prices are great. The waitresses are just the best and friendliest! The cooks deal with food allergies without any fuss. A great place with the best grits I've ever eaten.

Chicken fried steak was very very good and so was the hobo omelet!! Service was friendly and quick this place is well worth the wait we will be back!!!

We loved the food! The omelets were excellent. The hash browns were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. We were stuffed when we finished our breakfasts! We definitely plan to return to try some of the lunch offerings!

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast on my way to work, the waffle was outstanding! One of the best Belgian waffles I have had in a while, it was stellar! I cannot wait to get back here and try more.
