I called today to place an order for myself and my coworkers. It was a long order and I still had to get clarity from my coworkers during the call. James was very patient, kind, and funny. He has a great spirit and is super professional. Please give him a raise. Great workers deserve to have great pay. Better yet, PROMOTE him. A young man who is able to be professional, kind, understanding, and patient when a customer is kind of making their jobs harder deserve to be shown appreciation. I'm doing my part and I hope you will do yours. :)

Pizza was great as always you pay for what you get. But there is no dining in at this particular imo's. Which was alright because we were taking our food home. But keep that in mind. CANNOT DINE IN HERE!

My niece went to pickup our order, which took about an hour. I get that it is Super Bowl Sunday, but that wait was horrible. Then 2 male workers came in and went straight to the kitchen and began making pizzas without washing their hands or anything. They went straight to touching the ingredients with their bare hands. They dropped someone's pizza on the table and grabbed it with his bare hands to flip it over on the table. The manager had to keep saying something to them about the way they were handling the food.:(

Waited 2 hours which I understand the weather. I called after 2 hours and 10 minutes to cancel. After 3 calls of no answer I gave up. The delivery man showed up and I told him I tried to cancel because of the bad weather and his response was I’m doing the best I can, which I understood and wasn’t sure of the response. After 35.00 and a $18.00 dollar tip. The pizza was freezing and the boneless wings was not done. Take out is extremely expensive now to keep paying for crummy food.

As a girlie whose moved away from STL imos is a staple and a must order when you come back. Ordered a whole bacon pizza (best topping IYKYK) to myself and the delivery guy delivered it straight to my room still warm in the box. Always worth the wait and this hit the spot

Ordered pizza and salad! It was 40 min late I'm diabetic here from out of town. Horrible mgr charged me $5 for a tip after I never gave consent! Refused to givey money back after cold pizza and horrible customer service. I'm disgusted!
