Terrible customer service . I ordered a lunch special on the phone . They guy misheard me or something because I got a completely different order . I couldn’t go back because I had to go back into work so I called and the person on the phone told me they would replace my order the next day . The next day I called and claimed they had no idea what I was talking and that the person who took my order was fired so I could only get half off instead of an actual replacement. The manger and workers are terrible with bad attitudes. Don’t eat from them !

Not all imos are the same. And wow does this Imos's take the topping for best we've been to! The delivery is impeccable. Service drivers are top notch! The pizza itself delivers incredible toppings, scrumptious cheese, and a phenomenal crust. We highly recommend this location!

Showed up to pick up my pizza because the website said it was ready but they clearly hadn't even started it by the time I arrived. I sat in the store for probably 30 minutes waiting
They told me 15 to 20 min wait for my carryout pizza so I showed up in 18 min and I waited another 30min until I got my pizza with no sorry for your wait or anything.

The pizza was delivered cold and actually tasted sub par looked better than it actually was. We visited St Louis for the first time and we were hungry and decided to try this place for delivery and honestly would never recommend this place to anyone

I always eat from this location and I never had a problem but today it was really disappointing I looked passed how the crispy chicken was looking but what got me is the fact that #1 ranch was watered down and than the 1st cup of ranch I grabbed to pour in my food it was a piece of hair in smh I really wanted that salad and is at work not hungry guess I'll be only eating the cheese bread and cinnamon bite which was good
