Have gotten take here multiple times, always ready when I get there. The staff always greets me and tells me to have a nice day when I leave.

If you place a pickup order and walk in, you may not be greeted. If you stand in the pickup area long enough staring at your order, you may be asked to go to the other end to place your order.

Update- if you order rosemary parm bread you might get white bread. How wonderful!

I recommend patronizing this establishment only if you want to encounter the rudest employees in the food service industry. I always give businesses a second chance as everyone has off days but they’ve lowered the bar on each subsequent visit. Plenty of other options available in the Maryland Heights area.

I have never been able to successfully pick up a delivery order here in the half a dozen times I have tried. Your employees are always telling me they “didn’t get the order” and they never offer to make it. One time, you were out of bread? Why bother opening?! Is your objective bankruptcy? Is the store some kind of front? Do people actually acquire food here?

My first experience was five star. I'm from Philly and these sandwiches are pretty darn good.The second time I went I bought a $3.85 drink cup because I wanted sweet tea. I go over to get the sweet tea and hit my head on the stupid drink sign that's hung way too low. So, I'm hurting and the tea is empty. The gal behind the counter unapologetically states, "Not a lot of people get the tea so we quit making it. There's soda." I don't do soda.The last two times I went in I walked back out after a very very slow-moving gentlemen who leads the line sans smile or eye contact treated me like I wasn't right in front of him while he took forever to make a small hoagie. It might have been 8 minutes watching this guy. Same guy the next time, slothing it.It's a shame because I would be a patron for the food...I've had dine-in, take out, and even delivery. But, at 0.3miles away the delivery took an hour - and now I know why!Y'all owe me a large iced tea too!

The lettuce was brown. Who would serve this? Lettuce is cheap how about not prepping so much ahead of time if you cannot sell it fast enough.

Low stars because I saw, what looked to be older lady, had a nasty attitude and she was not very clean and her mouth looked like they hammered coal into her gums and had the nerve to shake her head and roll her eyes. Somebody called her Dawn I think, but handling trash and then food without washing hands was a big issue for me. Thank God I was just picking up an order for somebody else and already had a big breakfast. I know the food business is struggling to keep good workers but that lady was just nasty in my opinion!!!

I ordered from Jersey Mike’s on January 5 at 12 o’clock for a group order. The manager handled my call with the best customer service and was extremely kind. The staff had my food ready before I even walked in. They were extremely welcoming, efficient and best customer service ever seen from a sub shop. 10/10 recommend going here and they have the freshest ingredients! Thank you guys!

Fast service great location and food!

Immediately noticed that the front area was not very clean... tables not wiped down, things in a disarray, veggie toppings uncovered. I should have left but proceeded to order my sandwich. I received a wet mess and none of the sauce I requested. I won't be returning.
