I normally don't have a problem with my delivery orders, but today had to be the exception. The order was given to Uber, they asked for detail directions. I gave those directions and was told the food would be here in 4 minutes. When I was sent a message that it was delivered, I called the store and was told it was delivered. Then I had to argue about my money, since they wanted to to wait until tomorrow, after I 've already said I am at a business. I can't leave and no one else is here.

Ordered a Cuban, got a plain ham sandwich on hard bread. I never write reviews but I had to this time since none of the employees seem to care. Every time I try to get food from this location the order is messed up. Either the order is just wrong or the sandwich looks like they dipped the whole thing in mayo and wrapped the sandwich so the meat and toppings are outside of the bread when you unwrap it. I swear they must use their day old bread for online orders too because its always rock hard and flaky. The one redeeming thing about Jimmy John's already overpriced sandwiches, is the bread, and this location cant even do that right. The last time I attempted to get food from this location I sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order and no one said anything, I waited 5+ minutes. When I drove by the drive thru window there were two employees visible just talking to each other while one just stared at me driving by. Hire better people....

I ordered a #6, veggie sandwich. I told them clearly to change gloves and make sure no meat in it. Instead of that, there was meat put in my sandwich. It is so terrible for the staff not paying attention.
Vegetarian options: They out meat init when I ordered veggie sandwich.

Jimmy John’s is always a go to for my quick lunch. While the food here is consistent, I had to stop picking up from this location. The staff is very friendly and it’s obvious they are working hard. It seems lately they’ve been understaffed, which is no reflection on their efforts. The location is convenient, but I can’t risk the 20+ min wait. I always order ahead of time, but it doesn’t seem to help. On the days I’m not in a hurry I’ll be sure to return.

People here have horrible attitude. I didn’t even end up ordering because why would I want someone making my sandwich when they clearly don’t want to. Literally laughable how these GROWN MEN were so rude.

i work next door at the heights cannabis and i came over on my lunch and ordered the #7 spicy east coast italian with no mayo tomatos or lettuce only and they just gave me meat and cheese. no hot peppers no oil and vinegar and the people who served me had mad attitude. I’m mad easy to please but they didn’t even try lmao. Absolutely idiots
Ordered the Cubano. The sandwich was made with 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of bacon, cheese down the length of the roll and pickles that covered the base with mayonnaise. No mustard, barely any meat. Absolutely nothing like the photo. I realize most don't, but this was ridiculous.

I've been to numerous jimmy John's and even to this location several times this visit will be last one not sure who is managing the place but may want to choose a new career path because they are not good .
