Your evening manager is rude and unprofessional. He's going to run off a lot of business with his hostile attitude. Maryland Heights is typically a great location. Today the service was horrible. Mgr Black Make long dreds salt and pepper grey facial hair. blue shirt. The owner of this location can do better.
We placed a mobile order and my fiancé went to do curbside. He got there and I plugged in the number that he was at. Took forever so he went thru the drive thru. He was told that they had it at the first window then told they didn’t once he got up to the window. I was charged because it proceed that it was going to come out to the curbside spot.
