Took forever to get our food. Asked person behind counter for a damp napkin to wipe catsup off child with us. They never brought it. Happy meal had about 8 total fries in a tiny box. I had to give our kid my fries because he was hungry. I would never go there but they have little kids fooled..my McDouble just slightly bigger than a White Castle burger..
Terrible service and dirty tables with stuff all over the floor. Will never eat there again.

It's just McDonald's, been going there since I was a kid; and the burgers are nowhere NEAR as good as they were then!-HOWEVER, I did try the new crispy chicken strips and they are pretty good-And the crispy chicken sandwich, the french fries and the sweet tea are always a winner!-👍

The McDonald’s on Dorsett is a bit of a mixed bag. During the week, the order taker is always kind and professional—definitely a bright spot that keeps me coming back.
That said, food and drink quality can be hit or miss, and if you dare to ask for a modification (like no cheese or extra pickles), you’re rolling the dice. They seem to really struggle with getting custom orders right.
Weekend mornings are where things go downhill. The drive-thru service is slow and disorganized—so if you’re in a rush or need your caffeine fix fast, you may want to skip it and head somewhere else.
Here’s hoping they tighten up consistency and staffing, because with a little more attention to detail, this location could be a standout.
