I call to tell them that I placed an order at 10pm and to tell them that I have allergy and I didn’t have the choice to put it online and they just hang off the call 5 times, they answered me and they told me “I don’t understand you” just cause they didn’t wanna answer my phone call. I gonna wait my food and if I have to go to the hospital for they two (the people who didn’t wanna do their job) im gonna report both of them and then the Macdonald Worts service ever

Visited this location 11/24/2024 @ approximately 9:08 am. At the outer second drive through window the young lady taking my order was very pleasant. At both windows is when I received crummy service. The male which I believe to be a manager was Rude. It depends on what day you catch him on. At the second window the lady whom I presume to be a manager with a ski cap on her head was extremely short tempered and rude just from acquiring about my order. Their name tags are Never visible. This location has really went to crap. Next time I will take my $22. Dollars across the street. It was early enough for the food to still be fresh. The biscuits was dry and hard! The hash browns was burnt. My son agreed with me. The only thing that was decent was the orange juice. 😢 Eventually customers get sick of the abuse and move on to BETTER service.

I was meeting some folks at Creve Coeur Lake and I arrived a little early so I went over to this McDonald’s to get a little breakfast and it took a little bit of time but I eventually got my order and it was correct which is a plus always at fast food.

My daughter ate 2 chicken nuggets and a few fries...Soon as we got home she got very sick...All she was getting sick from was the food...That's why I don't take her out places to eat...Go elsewhere that won't make you sick

I ordered 2 McRibs. A woman named Charlene called me a fatass and said “I don’t need that extra McRib” and snatched one of them right off my tray! Very unprofessional. Same thing happened to my dear friend Carla!
Your evening manager is rude and unprofessional. He's going to run off a lot of business with his hostile attitude. Maryland Heights is typically a great location. Today the service was horrible. Mgr Black Make long dreds salt and pepper grey facial hair. blue shirt. The owner of this location can do better.

Pay attention here. Not only are the managers and employees rude, they’re not to good with details. This ditch tried to charge me $13 for 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4.89 and a coke. Had to go inside and advocate for my proper payment. They’re pouring over this reciept like it’s an ancient map. Their b.s. made me late for work. Apology for the inconvenience? No way no how. This place is supposed to be a “training” store. God help us.
