I recently ordered the large steak tip dinner through GrubHub for delivery. My order arrived promptly, and the driver was friendly, although slightly lost. I enjoyed my meat and vegetables, but I set aside the potato for later. When I decided to warm it up, I unwrapped it only to find that it was completely inedible—unfit for consumption and resembling something ready for the compost heap. It was disheartening to see that it looked like it was already decomposing. I have been a loyal customer of Off the Grill for many years and have even hired them to cater events in the past. Sadly, this was the worst experience I've had with them. If this is the direction their business is heading, it raises concerns about their standards. I attempted to contact the store regarding this issue, but unfortunately, my concerns seemed to go unheard. In today's economy, it is crucial for businesses to value every customer, even those who may only order a few times a year, as each transaction contributes to their success. I hope to see improvements moving forward.

Went online and did an order and payment went through, to only get there for them to be closed until Tuesday. Even though the hours on the website said they are open until 10 pm. Would have been nice to know before ordering! Very unprofessional. If the business is closed, your payment should get rejected.

This food was delicious. I had a salmon with freshly grilled squash, peppers and mushrooms. It was the first time I had ever been there and really enjoyed it. It is probably more of a takeout place than a sit and eat place as there were only narrow counters along the window wall, but they did a booming business while I was there. I highly recommend it

A few round tables and some chairs. Thought it would have a bit more dine in capability. Menu has a good selection and decent pricing for seniors like my older sister and I. Ended up going elsewhere so we could sit and talk.

My honest opinion is that the food could be better. The service was great. I had the Gyro, and the meat lacked flavor like it was out of the box and was not hot. I was not impressed. I may give them another try perhaps it was a bad day.
I WAITED UNTIL THEY HAD A DRIVER TO ORDER. THE DRIVER WAS AFTER 4 AND I WENT IN AND MY FOOD WAS BURNT. DRY. I WAS MISSING CONDIMENTS . JOSH WAS THE ONLY PART OF THE VISIT WORTH A GOOD REVIEW

The service was excellent here. We had the ribeye steak dinner. Steak was tender and really favorable. Salad was fresh and the baked potato was huge. Enjoyed this meal greatly. Highly recommend Off the grill.

Here in St Louis for awhile for work. Door dashed their 7oz sirloin tips w/bake potato and grilled onions ! It was soooo delicious, the sirloin tips were tender and were flavored very well as well as the grilled onions ! Must have, very good and received my food hot !

Ordered online, received confirmation, credit card charged, email saying it's ready come get it, got there and they are closed. What a scam! $70 order and they are closed. I recommend calling instead of using online ordering.
