The bagels have changed. Not as good. Too doughy & nit as flavorful. Bring back the old recipe & the chocolate chip bagel!

The drive through lady was rude as hell. She said just a min, for it to turn into almost 10. I said “hello” and she had a whole attitude through the speaker. I could hear her nostrils huffing and puffing.

bought gift cards at the end of the school year and supposed to give a 10$ card for each 50$. they ran out of it and Mgr is not available so she said she will text me to pick up, which never happened... :) I know its not like cow & tiger moral stories you hear as a child... two weeks ago I thought of just let them know what happened so atleast they do it in future however Manager does not even care about it and infact she thinks I am lying.. :) they owe me $10, which I am not at all asking ... on top it her expressions made me felt bad like I am doing it for any favor... thought it would be nice to post as a review so people are aware of it.. They can always look at transactions in my profile.. :(

Stayed at Sheraton hotel and had coffee and bagels in morning. Nice clean place. Walking distance from hotel. Safe area. Good service friendly staff.

Goodness “this Westport” location has the softest bagels on the planet and it’s so-so clean!! I go out the way, 15 minutes just to come here.

I, Ms. Rosie Turner, stopped in to get dinner this Friday, 8/22/2025 evening here at your ST L Bread Co, Westport Plaza Location. I won't come back to this location. And I love Panera Bread Co food. But not this one. Employees, even manager wasn't polite. No one smiling. I felt like I was at a funeral. Visitarion of someone who has died. I ordered a whole grill chicken Ceasars salad. I asked for a cup to get ice for my ice mountains Spring bottle water. She gave me this little plastic cup. Kind I use to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. The salad 🥗 lettuce wasn't fresh. Some pieces were covered up with fresh romaine lettuce. I start to take a pic, but I just decided I, Rosie won't ever eat here. When you had the shop in West Port Plaza I loved it. Everyone working here around 7pm tonight needs an attitude adjustment. I'm still picking thru my chicken salad. I'll not come here again. I tell my numerous friends about my experienced. I'm getting ready to leave. By the way, there weren't many customers in here but it took them 20 minutes to make this difficult to eat meal. I don't mine spending the money for your expensive food, but I demanded respect and tasty, fresh food. I have been eating at ST Louis Bread 🍞 Co for over 20 yrs. I never had this problem at St. Charles Rd Road, Creve Coeur, St. Charles, MO, etc Jesus Christ wouldn't have been happy. I will pray for this West Port location. Psalm 23...

Just a reminder to be careful because now that you have asiago rolls AND bagels be careful not to grab the wrong one for a bagel order. I ordered an asiago bagel and accidentally got a roll.

Ordered two asiago breakfast sandwiches. The doordasher gets there. There calls me to let me know they don't have any asiago bagels. What's the point of having the option for an asiago breakfast sandwich if you're not going to have the bagels for it?

The manager Angie was extremely rude to my disabled daughter when she politely asked for napkins. Absolutely unacceptable to have somebody as disgusting as her in the management position!

I am a monthly sipper and im probably in the MH store 4-5 times a week. The tea situation has been WAY off lately. 1st was adding sweet tea and putting it where we have for years gotten our unsweetened tea. Once that was worked out, we have now cone hone 3 different times with iced coffee and not our unsweetened tea because it was mislabeled. I don't know if it is the staff mixing it up or if a customer is finding it funny to move the sign around but please fix this. Put a permanent label on so customers can't fiddle with it and have a stern talk with the staff cause I HATE coffee and my tea experience is being ruined. Lol
