I would leave 0 starts if possible. We ordered 2 pizzas at 4:30 on the website. Told it would be delivered at 5:10. After multiple texts from the Door dash employee that the food was delayed at the store, our order was cancelled at 6pm. We called and the store blamed it on Door dash delivering to the wrong location. Interesting, since the delivery person was constantly corresponding with us that the issue was at the store. We called the store and got hung up on each time we called. We were even transferred from the outsourced delivery number, and when I explained the situation and she realized who I was, she hung up on us yet again. All we were asking for was for the 2 pizzas we ordered at 4:30 to please be delivered. Apparently too much to ask of this store. The customer service/lack there of (hanging up on the customer multiple times) lost our business for life. Oh, and still waiting on the refund on the pizzas that were NOT delivered. Buyer be aware!

Ordered a pizza through the website. Waited over an hour and a half for the delivery that they said would take 40 minutes. When i called to ask about where the pizza was, they said a door dash driver took it and delivered to the wrong person. They said there was nothing they could do since it was door dash that messed up. If they want to outsource their delivery to another company that's fine but there needs to be a way to compensate and deliver an order if they mess up. When i called to complain, they hung up on me multiple times.

The only thing that saved this place was the gentleman that greeted me when I walked in. The checkout lady / manager was rude not only to me but the person on the phone. Yelled out the total I paid in cash to the 2 other people working in there as I walked out. Unprofessional.

When we order directly from a business, we expect to deal only with the business. STOP PASSING OFF THE DELIVERIES TO DOORDASH!!! I would much rather wait a little longer and have a Papa Johns employee deliver my order than some random person that has no connection to the restaurant.

Ordered the new Cheeseburger pizza for our guys here at work. The WORST. Ordered extra cheese and when it got here there was hardly any cheese and you had to look for the hamburger. I mean it’s a hamburger pizza. When I called and asked she said they only put a cup of hamburger on it. I give up

Was not gonna be angry or difficult at all, and took a rough tone immediately. No food delivered, very sad that this happened. Hopefully they chill and try to listen next time.

Whoever was making the pies on may 16th dinner rush, excellent job! We are loyal to papa John's anyway, but this was really the best order we've had! Bbq chicken and a thin crust with Alfredo, sausage and spinach! Delicious

The pizza has no flavor at all they didn’t cut up my veggies everything was cut whole not chopped properly didn’t give us garlic sauce and the pepperchini was dry the crust was even dry.
I don’t recommend going there. 3 of them working there today . None of them have their gloves on. They touching the screen,boxes and also at the same time they making pizzas

Todd served me at the front, he was very polite and cordial. He made the whole experience incredible. A very polite man with great recommendations. The food was good, it wasn't too oily like some places, the ingredients tasted fresh. If you get a chance to have your order taken by Todd give me a smile for me. He's a genuine guy

Its okay. The pizza is fine. Their wings are okay.
However its apparently way too difficult for them to actually get an order accurate. You order 4 orders of wings with different sauces? You are going to get 2 orders buffalo and 2 plain. I know , I should ALWAYS check order accuracy because its straight up impossible for people to simply read the order and make what is on the order printout.
I mean even the wings that were wrong, the printout of the order stuck to them said the right order. They were just simply unable to actually make it correctly.
And sure they would have remade me some wings to replace the wrong ones. But that would have meant I would have needed to go back to the store, letting all of my other food get cold. I just want my order to be right when I pick it up.
