There was a manager that was power tripping. I had a buy one get one free coupon and she told me I to choose between 4 subs and refuse to sell me the club. I had to get two subs that I didnt want since they were on the buy one get one free coupon. Technically I should of been able to get any sub I want and the free one should of been one of those 4 subs on the coupon.

Food was hot and ready to go but the sandwiches weren't constructed well. Ordered a ruben and a few others for my family, all the sauerkraut was on a single end of the sandwich, wasn't spread evenly at all.

Used to be a great place to get a toasted sub. But the last few times we've been to this Penn Station the subs have been very, very lacking. They literally put half the meat they used to use on the sandwiches. Getting a club like dagwood is more of a salad sandwich. Family and I have given them a few tries as of late. Now we are done, won't be back..

I called this dorset Penn station on 5/22/2025 at 6pm. A friend was on the way. They let the phone ring until it would go to fax. I kept trying. They picked up and hung up. I kept trying just to see how long it would take. They finally picked up and they asked if I could hold. They let me hold for 20 mins. Little did they by that time my friend showed up and they didn’t even have a customer in there. They are lazy and don’t want to work. I would not order from there unless in person. Who knows what they are doing in there besides not working or taking peoples business. What a bunch of lazy workers.

Ryan and the other two employees working on Sunday, May 11th were amazing! We were traveling from out of town and they were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made our first Pen Station experience incredible! Everything about this road trip stop was perfect- the employees, the food, and the clean restrooms! We will be sure to stop again next time we are driving through!

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. I was banging. I'm an out-of-towner but I would definitely stop again if I come through. Very worth it. Bathroom was not so clean but, whatever.
