Can’t comment on the food as I never received it. Didn’t really receive customer service either, but I’ll comment about that anyway.
I had ordered online and there were 2 lines formed when I got there to pick up my food. Seemed to be a line to be seated and a line to order take out. I got in the order line. Someone (a manager, I presume) came out after a bit to tell people that they were no longer seating. They admonished me for standing in line when I said that I was there for an online order and told me to go to “the front.” We were in front of the restaurant, so I assumed they meant front of the line and went and stood by the cashier, who saw me but carried on taking orders from the line. After several minutes of remaining unacknowledged and not even seeing anybody walk away with food in the 15 minutes that I’d been there, I gave up and walked away.
Apparently, I was supposed to look past both lines of people and into the restaurant to see the tiny pick up sign. Not sure why somebody couldn’t have just pointed to it.

Took serve over 45 minutes to bring water to table. Watch other patrons recive their beverages after arriving after us. Would end up asking three times and water wasn't brought out til food was served.

For a place name Pat Tai, the Pat thai dish was tasteless, only 3 shrimps, it left a lot to be desired as we have eaten the authentic pat thai (in Thailand). Also, $18 for just 3 shrimps and noodles don‘t add up. The 2 stars are for the Hong kong noodle dish which was a bit better and the service was cordial and fast (place was empty at 8:30pm on a Sunday). I should have checked the 3.5 star rating prior to going there! Oh well, never again.

Server rude
Came here after the concert last night 6/29 because it’s literally the only place open late. It was great! The crab rangoons were some of the best we’ve had. Service was fast Food was good.

Brittany was great! She made sure we had everything we needed consistently. The food was good too, I had Singapore noodles which were very similar to Asia at Ameristar. We had crab ragoons, spring rolls and pot stickers which were alright. I would come here again.

We arrived at the hotel at 930 to check in we ordered food no later than 1030 we ordered 2 chicken fried rice 1chicken lo mien crab Rangoon and eggs rolls the fried rice was disappointing there was no flavor whatsoever the chicken smelled boiled and it was dry the rice was over cooked dry and mushy the only thing we ate as a family of 6 was egg rolls and crab Rangoon when I opened the box it looked appetizing there was egg bean sprouts vegetables but it was a total disaster I don’t know what happened in the kitchen last night but I am upset we went to bed without dinner we traveled 4 and a half hours to get here I will be taking the food back today when they open the lo mien was dry no flavor no juice no sauce and the rice had no flavor with soy sauce added looks appetizing but the food was horrible last night the cashier was friendly they didn’t close until 10 and there were a lot of people ordering so I don’t understand the quality of the food I expected more from this establishment this is what we were left with I will be returning this food bc we are hungry I’ll try to go as soon as they open to see if it makes a difference

Restaurantji Recommends
Still here. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes just to get our ticket. Food was dry but crab Rangoon was delicious. Waitress forgot alot but other waitress came to our rescue. Bigger lady host was kind of rude.. In the end, I would not recommend. Go to another spot in casino.

Smokey and noisy, slightly cold panda express style restaurant. Free drinks around the corner though, so that's a plus.

Horrible! Beef and broccoli loaded with sugar and could barely chew it
Not a huge menu but they have all the staples such as different varieties of fried rice, sweet & sour chicken, sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken and Pad Thai. They clearly know what they are doing in the kitchen and cook everything up just right. HUGE portions for an affordable price too . Service was great on both our visits.
People are so rude here.. Food is below average.
