Upon arrival we were not greeted, and the employee didnt even give us eye contact when speaking to us. She made our smoothies and walked away telling us to have a good day. The smoothie was bland and not enjoyable, and my lid was the wrong size to my cup, causing me to almost spill it several times.

The place is nasty, looks like is has not been cleaned in weeks, bathroom in months and the young lady at the counter make no eye contact, didn’t say anything until I said good morning, on her cell phone the entire time when I placed my order. Wearing workout clothes with her belly showing. No name tag but with blond hair and glasses. Wish I took pictures . Not sure if they wash the dishes here, counter nasty

Do not go in the mornings like 7 AM to 9 AM. It will be only one worker and that same one worker is taking online orders as well as walk-ins that is too much for one person this place needs better management.

Employee did not greet any of the customers as we entered the store. She was loudly playing vulgar music from her cell phone and her attire was unprofessional (had in a belly shirt). The middle island (where customers should be able to sit to enjoy their smoothie if they wanted) was partially covered with products that needed to be stored away. I would come to this location because it’s so close to my office. After today, I doubt that I will be back to this location.

Every single time I come to this location, my smoothie is made wrong. I tell them exactly how to make my smoothie and it’s never done correctly. I have to make sure the manger is there to get a half way decent tasting smoothie. I am really disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have supported them to no end. I really feel this is torcher and we shouldn’t have to deal with this when we’re paying our hard earned money. Someone needs to know.

Walked in to place an order, got told there were no in person orders and I'd have to order online and wait a bit. Walked out to order and wait in car. Came back in later to get order, saw another customer place an order at the counter and get it relatively quickly. Wild. Smoothie was right at least

Not only do they not take down what isn’t available to buy on DoorDash, they then try to get you to cancel the order when you won’t get a refund. This has happened numerous times costing me and the poor drivers who waste their time and gas driving there expecting to make a delivery. I last week decided to go into the store to get something and they told me that they reserve some products for DoorDash orders so I could get a bowl but they couldn’t give me the fruit. All the workers were completely immature, other customers upset and they were talking about previous customers loud enough where everyone could hear them. I don’t know who the owner/manager is but if you don’t want a headache every time you deal with a location don’t come here.

The store wasn’t accepting in person orders, online only. We placed our and waited over 45 minutes and constantly asked why other were getting their order when obviously placed after us. Staff were rude, never apologizing. If you can’t provide a service, don’t operate a ‘business’. Will be calling for a refund.

I order four items. 35 mins later I saw him making it and I asked that the last one.. no I still have two more to go. I forgot why I don’t come to this location. I usually drive the additional time to one of Dorset.

Absolutely disgusting. Rude employees, location BOUNCES their employees checks, Roach infestation on and behind the counters.

Does not have funds to pay employees. This is not okay as some employees have bills they need to pay with the money they are not receiving. Management was informed about bounced checks as well. SK reply’s to all reviews except the ones about employees not receiving their money. One of the reviews that was posted about a day ago about this has been deleted. If they can’t pay their workers why are they open.

This location does not pay their employees! My brother worked there for a month and a half. The checks keep bouncing and all management blocked him. He isn’t the only person they’ve taken advantage of.
