Does not have funds to pay employees. This is not okay as some employees have bills they need to pay with the money they are not receiving. Management was informed about bounced checks as well. SK reply’s to all reviews except the ones about employees not receiving their money. One of the reviews that was posted about a day ago about this has been deleted. If they can’t pay their workers why are they open.

This location does not pay their employees! My brother worked there for a month and a half. The checks keep bouncing and all management blocked him. He isn’t the only person they’ve taken advantage of.

We walk in at 8:15 (they close at 9) they tell us they are closed when we walk in, while they all sit on their butts enjoying their DQ……AND if staff was TRULY concerned about the reviews here, they would do something about it it and not just talk smack…. This is not my first issue with this location

The smoothie was good service was busy only 1 person there, the establishment was clean.
The person didn't know how to mix the smoothie properly. I'll go back, but hopefully, a different person is working for the mixing.

Staff was miserable. No smiles. No greeting. Handing smoothies out without announcing whose order it is. Someone asked for a longer straw for the large smoothie cup and staff member rolled her eyes. Was waiting in line to place my order— cashier left with rolls of money she was counting, announcing “I’ll be right back” with no friendly greeting. I was able to place my order through the app before she got back to the front desk. Wont come back to this store. I own a company. We lead with love and deliver with excellence. Owner - plz do better and conduct staff QC / morale checks.
Full lobby right now and staff member sitting down at a table to eat her food instead of making smoothies for the 4 customers waiting.

The new employees don’t know what they’re doing. It doesn’t look like they’re being trained. Not to mention when I receive my smoothie it’s either great or it sucks. When the food is ready they don’t even call out a name I had to go up to the desk and ask is this mine. Get a training manager and someone to fix the door or something this is the worst ive ever seen it at this smoothie king.

Absolutely horrible location, ordered 2 smoothie bowls and they were liquid. Went back in to get a refund and they didn’t even know how to do it. Only one girl there seemed to know were she was at. Highly do not recommend!
