Ordered on-line. Walked in to pick it up and the girl working the counter looked at me like I killed her cat. Never said hi to me or other customers. Acted like we were ruining her day by ordering. Finally asked for my name and put two smoothies in the counter. I said I only ordered one. She just took one of the drinks away. Dirty place as well.

Horrible location - - Ordered on Uber eats multiple times from the Creve Coeur location with no issues - - this time it routed to the Maryland Heights location and this is what gets sent…. Absolutely disgusting

I noticed that my review was removed—very strange! This location is complete trash. It is never open during business hours, and the management is terrible. They can't keep workers.... the list goes on! Everyone is complaining about Alex the manager so they just sent him to the St Charles Rock Rd location. CHECK THEIR REVIEWs... ADD IT UP!

I placed an order on the mobile app, paid, and left a tip for 2 smoothies. When I got to the store it was locked and no one was inside. This was 9am during regular business hours. A few days later I visited the store again. This time around 3:00. I wanted to explain the situation and pick up the smoothies that I paid for. The worker told me he would not make them for me because they were doing a shift change in 5 minutes and I’d have to wait for the next crew. I’ve contacted corporate and not received a response. So I’m still out $20!

In the last month I have been met with incompetent workers who have ZERO clue what they are doing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ! And if you need your order refunded make sure you have the store do it. They will tell you to have corporate do it but when you call them they tell you that the store has to cancel the order. Save your time and money and ADVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

The Smoothie King on 12683 Dorsett Road in Maryland Heights has a very unprofessional manager. He was rude over the phone and in person. When I asked for the corporate office number he refused to give it and stated he was the GM. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there!!!!

Haven't been there in awhile so if I get anything wrong that might have changed that's on me...So The service is pretty good, Sometimes takes a While But Overall The Smoothie Is Pretty Good.I suggest maybe add more flavors when I last was there, There wasn't much at all

I just want to commend the employees at the smoothie king located in Maryland heights. Even though they are young.They still had the maturity to raise to the occasion. How I witnessed a women act like and treat children was very disgusting to see and then to find out she is a counselor. Is this how she would treat her patients. With such disrespect. Let’s not forget these are still kids yet I quote this women Laticia Moody said ,“ how can you be racist against your own kind “ to a teen working at smoothie king. Who knows what kind of damage or trauma she has now instilled upon these girls. With her bullying and verbal abuse. Then to find out she starts to take pictures and video of two minors is sickening.
