I ordered from Subway using a Buy One Get One (BOGO) coupon and placed my order for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I was shocked to find that my order had been canceled without any notice. The staff was incredibly rude, showed no remorse, and acted as if this was completely normal. If certain locations don’t honor BOGO deals, why even list them as participating? This was a complete waste of my time, and the attitude of the employees made it even worse. Extremely disappointing experience!

I literally just left Subway to get me a sandwich me and my daughter. I already had issues with the lady making my sandwich I really want her to remake it, but I was like you know what I'm just going to take the sandwich. When I get home to bite the sandwich I noticed that the bread was so hard it's so hard that the bread is crumbling. I can tell that while they were making the sandwich he didn't look that way, but they could feel it and know that the bread was hard that's the whole thing of subways having fresh everything. They going to make us sandwiches with this hard bread. I am so upset I need a redo or a refund. If you work at a sandwich shop you know not to give anybody hard bread this basically crackers.

I went here after a long hockey practice, I got there at 9:13 and the Indian girl with slightly curly hair said that they were closed. ONLINE AND ON THEIR SIGN OUTSIDE IT SAID THEY CLOSE AT 9:30! She was very disrespectful and clearly didn’t want to work. 1 star

I just visited this location, I walk in it’s nobody inside but the workers and black guy and a black girl comes from the back neither one speaks to me or my daughter but start putting on gloves to make our order, before we could get to the counter to place order a white woman and a kid walk in and the guy quickly speaks to her. I walked right out. I will not tolerate discrimination in 2024 and will furthermore not spend my hard earned American dollars where it’s not appreciated.

Just visited the store, and the service was soo bad. The Indian girl with partially curly hair working has no work ethics and very poor customer hospitality.
Me along with my 3 friends visited the store at 8:45pm and the employee was rude and said “the store is closing, order fast” and the closing time was 9:30pm.

Very rude behavior.

Made an online order for rotisserie chicken meat x2, extra sauces $15. When I got there and picked it up I knew they didn't put the extra meat. I ask her if they forgot and she said no its on there. So a footlong rotisserie chicken, double meat and extra on 2 sauces ended up weighing with the bread 7oz. I don't even think they put the whole amount for 1 sandwich and there was almost ZERO sauce. NEVER going back.

Do not go there late night sign say open til 9:30 yet twice i arrived around 8:40 to order and as i walk in theu told me that store is close so avoid going there late night rest is probably good haven't had chance to try the food yet

I felt disrespected when I came in here this afternoon, as I had a very uncomfortable and awkward interaction while ordering. The workers just looked at me awkwardly from the moment I walked in.

Also, the employee who was taking my order just looked at me awkwardly for most of the time. She was not communicative or helpful throughout the process, and did not guide the conversation (as she is supposed to) by asking typical follow-up questions like “anything else?” or “will that be all?”. Instead, she just looked at me every 5 seconds, as her cue to get me to continue my order, which I thought was poor customer service. Additionally, she asked me to repeat myself multiple times, despite me speaking clearly. She is either a new employee or is not good at her job. Either way, she does not how to properly guide a customer interaction, and should receive proper training on how to do so.

Overall, it was just an uncomfortable and awkward interaction, as the employee was not engaged and did not make an effort to facilitate a smooth interaction. This made the experience frustrating and negatively affected my mood and confidence while ordering. I hope management reads this, and that the employees receive better training in customer service to improve interactions with customers in the future. Regardless, I’m never coming back here again.

Yesterday, I went to a store to get a sandwich, and it seemed like there were three people working, but it took a long time to make my sandwich. The girls there had terrible expressions, and I didn’t like going to Subway because of how they behaved. They weren't even listening to what the customer was saying, showing a lot of attitude. Even though I told them I was building my sandwich, they didn’t care at all—about the cheese, bread, or anything else. If stores are like this, no one will come back. The sandwich was the worst, and the chicken had a bad smell. Stay away from this Subway! Remember I told my friends to not go to this subway
