You have to get the chicken fried rice at Sushi Ai in Dorsett Square. I was blown away by how delicious it was! Every bite was packed with incredible flavor, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. It was an amazing, satisfying meal that completely exceeded my expectations. Don't overlook the non-sushi menu here—it's phenomenal!

Very disappointing experience.
This place will not get a single dime from me. Poor business practice — their posted hours say they’re open until 10:30 pm, yet when we arrived at 9:25 pm, we were told “dine-in closes at 9:30.” I pointed out it was 9:25, but the response was “sorry, can’t do anything about it, it’s only to-go now.” Meanwhile, there were still 5–6 employees clearly available. If you value accurate hours and good customer service, I do not recommend this place.

Spent 39.00 with tip included just for the man at the front to charge my card 45 dollars on my card. He didn’t know that I got a bank notification that my card was charged extra and when I showed him the proof he mentioned that they only charged me 39.00. Firstly when he took my card he was at the register for a long period of time which I found suspicious because all it takes is one swipe. I found it very suspicious that me a black woman get charged extra for food when I gave them a three dollar tip to begin with. I will never order or come to this store again and will tell anyone to make sure you double check the charges if you’re black. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank because they wanted to steal five dollars from me

The food and service were great until the ceiling above us started dripping onto the table, floor, and splashing onto our ankles. We asked to move tables and were informed they had already pulled the tables away from the wall to avoid being dripped on... our server checked on us again, but we were over the experience and asked for the check. I was most surprised that there was no response from management during this experience, we won't be returning here.

The food is always good but the preparation fluctuates depends on business. Overall, I love this location. Try the grilled steak roll.

So good, quick service for 13 of us and very reasonably priced!
EDIT: Changing from a 4 star. The Manager Jake has very poor customer service and doesn’t care about customer experience. They cancelled my entire order because they couldn’t substitute salmon for something else since it was out of stock …
All you can eat sushi is awesome, this location is good but not as good as Clayton (clayton is busy, however). I wish they would add sashimi to their all you can eat food options.

Absolutely * wonderful * service from Iris. I normally go to the downtown location - which I love - but this is my new favorite. The way they make the chefs spicy sauce for the mountain roll is better than all the others. So, so good

They have $25 all you can eat. But the unagi (eel) is served cold instead of toasted. The sushi is cold like like it's been premade and put in the fridge. If I had known that I would have just kept walking past. Not horrible, but not what I consider good sushi.
