Worst Taco Bell in the county. The door was locked but in store pick up was available. They asked us to get in line in the drive thru and the line wouldn’t move for 30 minutes almost. Had to drive to Taco Bell on Bridgeton and got my food quicker there even though I live right next to this one.
Waited 20 minutes for them to make our food in an empty lobby. Very slow service. My order wasn’t right and I had to wait at the counter for a while for them to give me the sauce I ordered. My food was burnt. The trash cans were all full to the brim.

Maybe one of the worst service experiences at a Taco Bell that Ive had. The least friendly workers plus they are wildly slow. Placed a simple order and it took around 20 minutes to come out.

So incredibly rude, I can’t stand going to this location. I always do a mobile order to minimize how much I have to interact with them. Today’s experience absolutely threw me over the edge, the girl working the drive through would look at me after I asked her a question and proceed to not respond. That is unacceptable, as a paying customer I deserve a little more respect. I always try to be as nice as possible and even at the end wish employees a great day, just to have the window screen shut in my face with no response. Whoever is managing this store should work on teaching workers how to be decent humans because whatever is going on right now is not it.

This is crazy I have been cornered into this drive through for 30 minutes and haven’t even been able to get to the speaker let alone leave

Man I'm so tired of going and having to ask them to remake my food. Every time I order the chili cheese burrito they put a table spoon of filling inside for a $4 burrito along with that we got two cheesy fiesta potatoes and they both showed up with almost half the amount of potatoes and hardly any cheese on them. It's ridiculous.
They’ve been short staffed for like 3 years, they are slow as molasses
They forgot some of my food when I went through the drive thru and gave me the wrong soda so I went inside and stood there for 20 mins with 2 other customers while all the workers ignored us. New employees even came in for shifts and ignored us too. I asked for help and they all just ignored me I eventually just walked out without the missing food because they weren’t gonna help. Just do your job man I just wanted my Cinnabons

Ordered food from kiosk and inserted card to pay. I was short .31 cents on order so I get wallet back out to pay the remaining balance. The order had disappeared from the screen. I attempted to get help with the issue and all I got was nothing we can do. We don't have an order on our screen. I got charged money and never received food.

I absolutely cannot wait until robots take over fast food jobs bc the level of incompetence is insane to me. Took 40 minutes for my order to be ready. It was $10 worth of food and I ordered before I left my house. Watched people get into the drive thru, go thru the line, get their food, then leave in the time I stood in the lobby.

We’re still waiting in line, it’s been 45 minutes. I do suggest an escape lane because this is ridiculous. There were only 5 people in front of us, so I don’t know what the issue is. The one guy inside has been waiting so long that he’s now taking a nap.
