Tony’s Donuts & Cafe

The customer service and communication skills are very poor. I visited Tony's this morning and order a sausage egg and cheese croissant with 1 glazed donut. They had a crowd but the workers/ cooks seemed to be moving slow and unaware of what orders to fill. The lady that took my order informed me my sandwich would be up shortly. After waiting 15 minutes I then asked the same lady who took my order how long was it before my sandwich to be made. Instantly another woman intervenes saying she just told you order sandwich would be up shortly, in a very rude tone. I continued my conversation on my phone and this lady made it her business to be in my business instead of taking other customers orders. I had to point to my ear to let her know I was on the phone. When I got my sandwich she then walks over to tell me I can order online and how they make their sandwiches fresh. Information that I didn't need nor asked for. I assume she is the head lady in charge, but please someone inform her she needs to tone it down a bit. She should be showing better customer skills. Rude, rude and rude!! Now if I had matched her rudeness I would have been wrong.

I have been a loyal customer of Tony's since 2017, but they have changed their receipe and I can no longer support them. I was their today 1/22/25 @ 2pm. Their donuts are dry and the new glaze used on donuts crumbles and taste old. They taste stale like they are selling day old donuts. Tony's go back to making the donuts the way you use to. If it wasn't broke why did you feel the need to change.

I have a problem with Tony's Donuts. I CAN'T PASS THEM UP! I LOVE the club sandwich on a spinach wrap w/banana peppers. OMG! And now they have a REWARDS program. I'm quickly working my way to another sandwich! ?. YUM!

The bathrooms are disgusting. How is it possible to have confidence the servers are washing hands appropriately. So disappointing because the menu is great.

BEST donuts!!! We went during lunch time and donuts were still super fresh. Great cakes and turnover, too. Good service and atmosphere, too.

They need employees who know how to acknowledge guests, even when it’s busy bc they will stand right in front of you at the resister and not even look at you, let alone say anything…… absolutely childish and unprofessional.

Went through the drive through & ordered a combo meal with fries. They asked if I want chips, an apple or a banana with the combo. The lady at the first window was very kind. The lady at the second window at a bad attitude. She tossed my bag of food at me, rolled her eyes & shut the drive thru window. I looked in my bag & there were no fries. Went inside to get what I had paid for & showed my receipt, they had me wait 5 minutes before a girl came out & said I never had fries included in my order & only get a banana with my combo & if I wanted fries I would have to buy them AGAIN even though they were already paid for. Ended up just leaving because it seemed to turn into a debate rather than just giving me what I ordered & paid for.
