One of my absolute favorite places to get a cheddar burger. They have pub cheddar which just melts all over everything. The bacon just adds so much more depth of flavor. I always enjoy the salad with thousand island. Don't forget the fried pickles with creamy horseradish sauce. Definitely recommend.
The food was average at best and that’s being nice. My husbands food was ok, room temp food and dry hamburger. My food on the other hand, pork was actually cold in spots and less than room temp, fries were room temp and the only think that was warm were my beans. As for the waitress, she didn’t check on us as the runners bring food out and actually brought silverware we didn’t already have. Atmosphere was really nice as the only reason it got a three star rating. So...
Service was fantastic, even as the bar filled up. Good was solid, I got fries. The atmosphere is kinda brought down by how dated it is. With the updates to Westport, it feels like it was left behind, but it is a fun place to start the night at.
