Entered the restaurant a little after 11pm, order placed at 11:17pm. Nobody in the joint but me. Waffle House lover, frequent business of mine. Waitress in love with FaceTime and Touch Tunes makes it seem more important than the person eating. I work retail, I get it, but man the blatancy of some people can blow anyone’s mind. FaceTime in your face after waiting a considerable amount of time to be acknowledged. I’m here for Waffle House now and forever, nothing will ever change that. New Orleans or Georgia. Florida to St. Louis. Memphis to Atlanta. I’m here for yall. Providing one experience alone. All scores are a 5 star because I love yall, and I know yall judged on overall scores. But improvement overall is a possibility.

I have come here to eat 3 separate times, and every single time they have said it’s going to being 30 minutes when maybe 2 customers are inside. It’s a shame, I like Waffle House, but the employees don’t seem to care to work. Needs better management

I stopped in for the first time yesterday to waste some time before work and I really enjoyed myself. Good food, nice retro diner style environment, and lovely staff. I returned today and had the same experience and the relationship between the staff and the diners is very heart warming. See you all next time ❤️

The staff and food are great, but having an automated system tell me that Waffle House won't take my order over the phone was not only extremely off-putting, but stands to alienate a large portion of your customer base. While I applaud the decision of offering online ordering as an additional sales channel for profitability and customer convenience., You are shooting yourself in the foot by eliminating an already successfully established sales channel especially when much of your customer base does not like the internet and would prefer to speak to a person. You're basically telling the customers that are unable, unwilling or unwanting to order online that you do not want their to-go business. If you're trying to drive more of your business online, try using incentives (like an online only special) instead of just cutting off customers that need you. And while you're at it, give me a million dollars for this million-dollar idea, please. ?

Couldn't even get served because of the bad service. This location ia bogus. This is the Maryland Heights location I'm talking about.
Great food but the service sucks!!!! Went in this morning to get breakfast before work and the two guys working were bitching because no one dies anything and they are working double shifts or 10 hours! Meanwhile no one including the waitress would even take my order! They just walked around cooking and cleaning dropping f bombs left and right while me the customer sat there and witnessed the who thing either zero service!! Avoid this place folks! Piss poor management and customer service is non existent!!
