Every time I eat here, I am so impressed with the staff and service. My food has always been super delicious!!Parking: Maryville, MO. They have handicap parking right outside the north door. There are plenty of spots available. They also have a wonderful drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and fun little bibs that say, “Future Whooper Eater!”Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking right at the front door. Very convenient.

Front Line worker was really nice and personable. Highlight of the experience. Bathroom doesn't have even warm water so you can't properly wash your hands. Floor both in bathroom and seating area needed to be swept. Other workers were conversating instead of doing any cleaning while we were there & the weren't busy, only 5 people there so they could have been cleaning, but weren't. We ordered the mushroom and Swiss melts. Sourdough was supposed to be toasted... It wasn't. Cheese wasn't melted & mushrooms were cold. I'm done with chains & fast food.

It was ok. But prices up, value down. Inflation has killed the bk value.
My past experiences with BK are usually pretty good, foods always been amazing but last night was different, my chicken sandwich looked a little soggy but I still ate it, well I shouldn’t have. Thanks BK for the food poisoning.
