I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. 20 lb. Was the best turkey i have ever had in 57 years, and most of my 14 guests said same thing. Moist, awesome smoke flavor throughout the meat, great spice mix on the skin.
Finally got to try a pit beef BBQ sandwich at the event at Annemarie Gardens today. It was delicious.
Food is fine. Good at backing into someone else’s car.
Mike and the rest of the team from Grill Sgt BBQ have knocked it out of the park for us on two separate occasions within the past 8 months. First, I hired their team to service our VIP attendees, all our staff, the band members, as well as our pyro team at our PyroJam event in May. I was so impressed I brought Mike back to cater our company employee appreciation dinner for my display company, IPC this past weekend. WOW! Talk about going over the top for us once again. Highly recommend these guys/gals, they are the best!
I had the pulled pork sandwich minus the coleslaw, it was absolutely delicious. A must have if you are passing through the area.
Generous portions of meat on the pulled pork sandwiches and big ole helpings of cole slaw too. So tasty!

Came to eat but just found a couple of closed up food trucks. Not sure how you go about finding their location and operation status. To bad. Was looking forward to the BBQ ...UPDATE: Adding a few stars for the quick reply. I did check out facebook for info but nothing was obvious (to me) about hours or much else. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to try this BBQ next time I come in to town and give it all five stars that I'm sure it deserves. No one should be expected to work 7 / 365 ... just wish I could have found that information. Thank you for the response!

Love the Grill Sergeant BBQ!! Always hot & fresh! Service is great also! The BBQ tacos and Baked potatoes are my go-to’s! Always delicious!
