I went a couple weeks ago and they seemed short staffed, very busy and staff seemed stressed. They were still really helpful and I got excellent service, but this gal (I assume the manager, she was wearing a skirt not the usual uniform) was following some of them around barking orders. Weird experience, weird vibes, was not impressed with that lady.

They can’t hear at the drive thru then don’t repeat your order to make sure cuz they can’t hear. Then have to charge me again for a drink I ordered at the beginning. Slammed the window on us when we state it’s the wrong size “can’t take it back” and slammed the window as if we would just disappear when we just wanted a straw and a receipt. Receipts should always be asked if wanted right away. Or order read back to someone might be a more helpful way of knowing what is ordered on confusion etc.

While riding through Kansas on our motorcycles, My Brother and I stopped at a Starbucks for a quick break — and ended up having one of the most memorable moments of our trip, thanks to Evelyn. From the second we walked in, dusty and road-weary, she greeted us with a huge smile and made us feel completely at home. Her energy was contagious, and she treated us like regulars, not just two guys passing through.
Evelyn took the time to ask about our journey, offered drink recommendations perfect for cooling down. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness turned a simple coffee stop into something special. It’s rare to find service that feels so personal and authentic — Evelyn truly went above and beyond, and we won’t forget her or that stop anytime soon.

RYAN YOU ARE THE GOAT!!!! I showed up here on April 13th at around 10:31, I was not able to get the name of the barista who initially took my order, it was a very nice, and friendly more feminine voice! I expressed my woe about the loss of the Iced Apple crisp non-dairy chai, and let me tell you: Ryan hooked me up with this most brilliant libation!!!! It cost a little extra, but what’s a little extra money for a sweet treat. I expect that by the next time I come here, Ryan and the other barista there are making 22/hr with untaxed tips. I had better see them eating grapes and getting fanned with big leaves!!!! This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks for the drink guys!!

I just started trying them for the first time ever about 8 drinks ago! The first few were great, then one was like water! Then I didn't go back for a while. Went again, it was so short in the cup! Went back to get one today and the darn thing is missing the first several inches of drink. And then it was foam after that for another inch and a half. I think they're fraudulent company! I won't be back! Cheapskates!

I couldn't believe it I ordered a white chocolate and was excited to try and was so confused and plain mad it tasted like Hot milk I tasted not a hint of chocolate.Ive had @ other places White chocolate and it had a taste this Nothing.Havent been back I have a gift card as we speak I won't even go there anymore its a little more there as it is so I'm sure you know what I'm saying ...Sincerely L S.
