I saw I think a worker named Jennifer? She was very rude and all I’ve heard from word of mouth is that she is rude to minorities. As a minority myself this makes me feel unwelcome and like I don’t belong. As the only subway in town, I want to be able to come here and feel welcome on my lunch break. Just really disappointing.

I frequent this Subway location, food quality is always very fresh but I have noticed on multiple occasions one of the workers disrespecting customers and other workers. Today I came in to order, as soon as I walked in the worker, I believe her name is Jennifer with the subway bandana, was rudely telling another customer to go and get her bag of chips off the cart they have always been on. Before I ordered she turned to the other younger lady working the veggies and, again, rudely ordered her to get the “correct” receipt. By now it’s my turn to order and I ask her how her day is, she replied by telling me it would be a whole lot better if people stopped coming in and extending the lunch rush so she could “get her work done”. By the time I had gotten to the other coworker, who was very kind and was clearly uncomfortable by the embarrassing actions of Jennifer.
As a loyal customer this has always been my concern. In a town that gets much of their staff from college students, do we really want to add more stress of workplace harassment to their load? If I were corporate I would conduct an investigation into this rude, clearly not best fit employee.

The workers were non approachable and just plain rude. Also I asked for turkey and pepperoni and received literally one piece of turkey and one slice of pepperoni. If you’re hungry and in the area just go to planet sub it’s not worth it.

They seem to use cheap products. I get my sandwiches toasted and last few times the cheese has been awful. It doesn't even melt and I have to remove before I eat. Just not as good as other subways.

The footlong nachos are very skimpy on meat. Even double meat barely has anything on it! Very disappointed in this item!

Never had a problem and ate here a few times, including last night. My husband's sandwich was fine but mine had a loooong hair that got cut with my sandwich so I pulled out not one piece of hair, but two. I didn't end up finishing my sandwich, as biting into and having someone else's hair in my mouth is big nasty 🤢
Young employees treated me well even tho ivwas a late customer. Very friendly and a few great sandwiches.

Decent place, decent food, however this franchise does not honor most of the App deals/exclusives. They even go as far as to be "out of stock" on the deal of the day, but conveniently have it in stock if you order just the sandwich. Hardly any of the exclusive deals received through the app work at the restaurant. They offer nothing special, forcing people to use the app for any hope of a deal. The front staff seems nice and helpful, but seems like shady things going on with higher up in the store.

The workers need to be lil more friendly when you walk in and alot of the workers didn't even have knowledge of few of the sandwiches just get feeling they want to go and I'm stopping them from being able to go so I got something I didn't order a ATTITUDE........ Unsatisfied Customer ........

I haven’t lived in Maryville super long, and decided to go get some subway with my boyfriend. When we got there the people in the store didn’t say anything to us. Then they finally came out to start helping. The one person helping put the toppings on our sandwiches was super rude. They grabbed my sandwich out of the toaster and practically threw it on the table. When I was telling them what I wanted on it they asked, “what” very rudely. I ignored that at first, then they went to my boyfriend and said, “now you”. After that we were going to check out and I had a 100 dollar bill. They stated very rudely, “ We don’t take those it literally says it on the door when you walk in.” This is not the only thing that happened they were rude and sighed when we asked for extra stuff on our sandwich and made it seem like their job was a chore. However when we went outside and checked the doors it said nothing about the 100 dollar bill. We went today and it was two hours before they closed so it wasn’t like we came in a minute before they closed everything up.
