To my knowledge delivery drivers are supposed to carry change for the customer. I don't think it's very professional to deliver pizza to your customer and then when they hand you the money automatically say you don't have change like I wasn't going to tip. I was going to tip the lady butt not more than I could afford. Food was great though. Other than that everything was good. Next time Carrie change for your customer. That wasn't right

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had from any food delivery in my life. I made online order and tracking said it had been delivered. I left instruction for it to be left front door and I tipped. After not seeing it at my front or back door I called them , and after a while I realized the driver left it by my garage uncovered behind my full trash cans . I got them cold and covered with flies. And the manager thought a partial credit was the best idea

My pizza looks like two pizzas puzzled together. My breadsticks were barley cooked.
And with living only 6 minutes from the store somehow it was delivered cold.

Eating from this place is literally asking to get sick. Just witnessed some nasty staff doing some nasty things and sadly somebody ended up eating all that nastiness. Lost my appetite and will not be back ever. What a bunch if nasty people there tonight, 6/22/24 late evening. Bullet dodged by seeing and bolting out before risking my health and eating here.

Ordered an hour goes by Call and asked where food was They state that they can’t find anything about my order I have 33.56 charged to my card After being on hold for 10 plus minutes They tell me there nothing they can do I say well you better give me my money back They hung up on me I call back they immediately put me back on hold For 10 minutes I still don’t have my refund

The app messed up when placing my order originally i had the points for a free pizza so i did a stuffed crust (half) pepperoni (whole) bacon i did the 2 for $7 deal which the medium pizza was supposed to be (half) pepperoni and (whole) bacon. When using the app it changed my free pizza to a pan pizza with cheese only. I called the Pizza Hut I was ordering and told them I had a free large pizza that came out incorrect. They canceled the order and my points were gone. I never got the order and lost the credit to my free large pizza??
Must be a Wednesday or something, but we've ordered two different times hand toss pizza and it comes out so thin and hard like it's the thin and crispy pizza. The soda has been flat on multiple occasions and the breadsticks are decent. Just not the best. I don't know if it's because they're overworking the dough or they just forget to look at the actual order.
