Once I discovered Corner Perk being in a Rural Area you don't get to have mocha so close. I went in and asked if the had Green Mocha Tea with sweet cold foam Theresa states she sur can, even though this item was not on the menu she went out of her way and nailed it! I have been back a couple times in the last week...love the girls in the store, so sweet and funny! I'll be a regular real soon!

Wasn't impressed, only in town for a few months, tried this place twice just in case was a fluke but the service is not good. Got some looks the first time, guess I interrupted some meeting or something, drink was overfilled and spilling all over the floor. Won't go back.

Great hospitality is not just for the south!! This is a beautiful coffee and tea shop. The drinks are reasonably priced, well flavored and easy to customize to your preference.
The owner is very kind and welcoming. We visited this shop twice while we were in town and really enjoyed it.

Teresa is the greatest! She always remembers my name when I walk in the door. And the coffee and atmosphere is great as well.
Dietary restrictions: I have ms and try to avoid sugar, and they most of their syrup flavors in sugarfree as well.

Every time I walk through the door at Corner Perk (not only CP's door but other doors around the community) she has such a bright countenance & friendly welcome too. Her boutique has good vibes & she offers a variety of fantastic items. A lot of the goods are locally crafted and/or built, which is always exciting! The old building on the square has a cozy quaint vibe and is very welcoming. Seating inside to dine in. Is a coffee shop, but their breakfast is what I like best. They also have several local vendors that sell items within the store like clothes, bags, jewelry, hats, coozies, and such. Very friendly staff.
