Food is a bit pricey but delicious. Reason for 2 stars is the phone often has busy signal for several hours on a Friday night. Do they not want carryout orders?

alway like Keith's, ut today the price s went up alots. And with want we was getting would been close to $38 for lunch, so we left there and I was going to leave the waitess $3 tip , but she was not. Nice to us when we told her we leaving we paid for 1 cup coffee $2.96 . Most people don't make that kind of money . It not worth coming back up here,

On a lark weekend, stopped on a rain soaked Saturday, very popular place on the main drag through Memphis. Hard to miss on account of the popularity! Stop and enjoy American cuisine in Heartland, USA.

Speedy efficient service, tho somewhat awkward, self conscious. Staff seemed unconcerned that room was way too cold for the few customers there. We got coats out of car, bundled up. Disappointed to be getting a $26 steak in such bright fluorescent lights, but sirloin was very good. Cod tasted like bad grease batter. Pie overpriced at $6. Next time I'll just get their burger n fries, maybe wear a snow suit.

Service was so-so. She waited until we were done with dinner to even come check on us 1x. The food was cold & bland. We were too hungry to say anything & have to wait longer for food. We just wanted to get out of there.
Stopped in here with my brother, since he mentioned it was pretty good food. It wasn't busy when we stopped on a Friday evening, and the facility seemed clean. Drinks were brought quickly. Asked if sandwiches came with a side, and was told I can purchase a side separately....okay. They had chicken noodles over mashed potatoes as a special and I asked if it came with a side. Waitress said it comes with mashed potatoes...lol. So I ordered the pulled pork sandwich/fries & my brother ordered a sandwich as well.
Sandwiches were brought quickly. Unfortunately, taste wasn't very good. The pulled pork was very plain. Almost tasted like meat was bad, but think it was just that plain. It came with a cup of bbq sauce, which I figured it would be mixed already being a pulled pork sandwich. Guess I should've asked. Brothers sandwich wasn't very good either, and he used some hot sauce to make it more edible. Fries were good and there was quite a bit of them.
Seemed like a nice place, but for the price, I expected it to be better. Maybe it was an off night? Sorry, but not sure I would return at this point. ☹️
