I have been eating at this place a little over a year now and I definitely recommend this place. The staff are really friendly, the food is pretty good, and the prices are so cheap, and it is super cozy as well.

Visiting from outside of State, husband grew up in a town close by. On our way through we decided to stop to Memphis to get food, the place he used to go as a kid was closed and this was the only one available. This was a pleasant gem of a fined. The kids had Cheeseburger, I had the lemon pepper chicken and hubby the Philly steak dinner with American fries. The negative: the American fries were too greasy for what we are used to, but freshly made. The positives:1) This is a restaurant frequented by farmers who are in mud, dirt and fields all day, with that in mind it was really clean, sure you still have some mud that gets dragged in, but the staff sweeps it up. 2) you can sit and listen to the old folks talk about their day. 3) when we went yesterday, they were busy, only 1 server because the other had to help in the kitchen, the waitress (purple hair) though was fantastic, talked directly to the kids and made suggestions and stuff, which is rare these days. 4) the food was freshly made, they did run out of stuff on their menu, however plenty of other choices. If we come back, we will definitely stop buy again.

Food was HORRIBLE, and the bathroom was even worse than the food, describing as Nasty would be doing this place a favor. Hard to eat due to the flies. I had three meals there due to an all inclusive hunting trip booked on the owners property, which was worse than the food at this place. All three meals were not even mediocre. In fact mediocre would have been welcomed after the meals I experienced there.
Would not recommend!!!!

Two friends and I stoped In for lunch, we all ordered the hot roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy special for $6.99. We asked for separate checks..Our lunch came and it looked delicious..but it was not hot..the beef was good but the gravy was very salty..so salty we had to scrape off the gravy..When we told our waitress she agreed and said she just had the same and had to throw it away because of the salt..When we went to pay it was all on one bill, we had asked for separate bills. My two friends had tea and a Pepsi I had water. Their bill came to $ 9. When I payed my bill came to $10. I asked why my bill was so much higher with water? She said the water was free...then why is a $6.99 bill came to $10.? She said it's the tax??? I told her that's not right..she did finally gave me back $2.00 ...if I had not said anything she would have gotten away with this...I will never go back more will my 2 friends
