We’ve been here many times before. The food that came out of the kitchen this morning was a joke. My eggs were supposed to come out over medium, they came out over hard and rubbery. My hash browns that I ordered and asked for them to be a little crispy, came out cold and what seemed like barely cooked. My husband’s eggs were supposed to be scrambled eggs. His came out looking like fried eggs just chopped up. His hash browns were supposed to be a little crispy also but came out cold. The waitress was awesome.

I wish I would have taken a pic of my tenderloin but I was too busy enjoying it! The picture of it being as big or bigger than the plate is actually to scale. The tenderloin is well seasoned and the crispy breading is the right thickness that stays on till the last bite. If in southern Iowa / Northern Missouri make this a stop on your Tenderloin crawl!

I was looking forward to a ribeye steak dinner. I took my wife and daughter out for supper. I've had great experiences before. This time, the steaks were cooked to shoe leather. My wife commented to the server who responded quickly. She ordered my wife another one, and it came out like shoe leather also. Our dogs had a nice treat when we got home.
Food was really good and fresh. Came out quick and hot. Really really affordable, paid $18 for two meals with drinks included.

Frozen food from the grocery store that I could have made at home myself, except I don't do burgers or chicken fried steak from a box in the freezer aisle. Interior was dated. Only bright spot was our server who was super nice & attentive.
