Just went in, no one behind the register. A lady came out asking, "Who's at the front? " Apparently, the manager was in the bathroom and not a single one of them could operate the register. An hour and a half before close and they are sitting in the dining room with their heads down.

The worst customer service ever. The staff was rude and food cold. The ice cream person was very rude when serving our order. Ordered a cheeseburger without cheese since they didnt know what hamburger was, nothing else on it except a beef patty. This was at 4.55 pm on dec 31. Terrible place to try and eat.

I Tried DQ For The FIRST Time Ever Today. And, Let Me Tell You - I Have Had An UNENJOYABLE Experience So Far. I Decided On A Salad - Simple, Right? I Have Zero Clue As To Whomever Made Said Salad: BUT, Y'ALL - I DID NOT EVEN GET MY BALSAMIC GLAZE, JUST TWO CUPS OF RANCH THAT I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR/NOR EVEN WANT. I Should Add, THE RANCH I WAS GIVEN WAS MOLDY‼️(BOTH CUPS). I DEFINITELY Will Be Taking My Dollars Elsewhere!😬

I got coupons in the mail. Wemt on the app to see what I could order before I went to the location to order in person to use my coupons. The app lets me ring up a blizzard in substitution for a drink in the 6 PC chicken basket. I get to the speaker and ask for just that. She says the total is 17 bucks which is weird because it wasn't that on the app. Also she never asked what I wanted for the side. So I get up there and go to use my coupons and apparently I can't substitute the blizzard for a drink. Which I most likely can and she just wasn't trained properly. She also I guess just doesn't know what coupons are because I had to say it 3 times and pull out the actual coupons to show her what I meant. So I ended up not getting my blizzard because I wasn't about to pay 17 bucks for that, and that really pisses me off. I've worked fast food before and typically if you can substitute on the app then you can do it in person. Train employees better, also she wasn't very polite at all.

I ordered a mobile order for a birthday cake for my daughter from this Mexico location and the customer service was awful. The cake was special ordered 3 days before and then I went to pick it up at the confirmed time… when I arrived (you guessed it) it wasn’t ready and everyone looked like deer in the headlights when asking about it… so they called someone at home to find out where it was since no one could find it in the freezers (so she called a manager maybe??) She was on speaker phone with the employee that was helping me and she says the order just came thru (🙄 how suspicious) ..since it wasn’t ready they offered a discount.. a 10% which was equal to $4… so making a special trip 15 miles on a child’s birthday and losing another customer was worth $4 to them. I sent a corporate email and they said the info would be passed on to the store for their information… I never received a follow anything from them… the owners of this store really need to evaluate their managers/ workers since the past reviews are all awful.

Good restaurant to speak with locals and eat good burger and ice cream.
Went thru drive thru 7/3/24 at 6:47 pm. Ordered $7 meal with hamburger and onion rings, coke, and sundae. Was charged $5.99 for hamburger combo, $1.19 for onion rings which I expected would be higher than fries. Then charged $3.89 for small sundae. When I asked about $7 combo meal, I was told that was for a cheeseburger, not hamburger!?! Guess I should have taken the plastic cheese to save money!!

We visited DQ in Mexico, Mo over the weekend and were delighted with the service from Nathan. He was so courteous and the food was delicious and fresh & hot. I had leftovers and he noticed and asked if we’d like a to-go box as well. Definitely a nice young man — kudos to him!!
