The worst customer service ever. The staff was rude and food cold. The ice cream person was very rude when serving our order. Ordered a cheeseburger without cheese since they didnt know what hamburger was, nothing else on it except a beef patty. This was at 4.55 pm on dec 31. Terrible place to try and eat.
I got coupons in the mail. Wemt on the app to see what I could order before I went to the location to order in person to use my coupons. The app lets me ring up a blizzard in substitution for a drink in the 6 PC chicken basket. I get to the speaker and ask for just that. She says the total is 17 bucks which is weird because it wasn't that on the app. Also she never asked what I wanted for the side. So I get up there and go to use my coupons and apparently I can't substitute...
We visited DQ in Mexico, Mo over the weekend and were delighted with the service from Nathan. He was so courteous and the food was delicious and fresh & hot. I had leftovers and he noticed and asked if we’d like a to-go box as well. Definitely a nice young man — kudos to him!!
