There are no Hardee's in Columbia Mo. anymore. No Hardee's in Centralia Mo. where I live so I have to go all the way to Mexico Mo. to get Hardee's. So sometimes I do because I have always loved the Frisco Burgers.

Mixed results when we have stopped at this Hardee's. This latest visit was one of the good visits. Service was friendly and quick, and the french fries were fresh. The only real negative was that the chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. Our last visit was much worse. Went through the drive thru, and the lady came across like we were bothering her. We ordered both burgers with no tomatoes or ketchup. We were told ketchup did not come on them. We reiterated that we needed them without due to a food allergy and was told again that it won't be a problem as they did not come with it. When we got home 20 minutes later, both burgers had ketchup. I paid for a burger that I could not eat. This was not the first time we had issues with our order here. I have found to be extra careful with what I order to make sure I can eat it.

My grandson loves the decorations that they decorate for holidays!! Also always enjoy the food!!
After many messed up orders I contacted Hardee's corporate. They said I'd be contacted be the manager for a refund. Never happened. Its sad because they now are worse then McDonald's when it comes to giving the correct order.

I went to have a chicken sandwich and the person who waited on several us had a real attitude and probably needed a come to Jesus meeting. She may have been having a bad morning, that was no excuse to treat customers like she did.
