we ain't from here, went through the drive through. very friendly lady on the speaker. picked up our food. very friendly still. went to where we are staying, opened the box of chicken. looked liked someone dropped the chicken in an oil change container. darkest, greasiest chicken I've ever seen. didn't taste bad after you removed the nasty outer skin. but thats crispy skin is one reason to go to kfc. not in this case.

Pls remind your people here in kfc sm legazpi city branch to be friendly to their customers.. We had a bad experience in your branch today. The cashier who served us today did not even smile or greeted customers. Seniors citizens waited in their line for too long before a cashier attended them. The food is not properly placed on the plate. Is that normal in your store? Even though they are under pressure, because there are a lot of customers they should still give their best service. Hope you can fix this problem with your people here. So disappointed..

Small building well staffed prompt and friendly service
$45 for 2 adult meals & 1 kids meal. Gravy was multi colored and cold. Chicken looked and tasted like it had been under a lamp all day. Good lord people, yall got a new store with a good location and yall running it into the ground... why? It's not rocket science to put out hot good food. I. Pretty sure you have the blueprint to do it... Message to the owner... Get good management before its closed up again.

We had a great experience at the Mexico Missouri KFC. I haven't eaten yet Mexico KFC in a long time. Last time I ate there they had the glass solarium. The service was absolutely the best. The food was great and Lori was super friendly and efficient. Thank you.
If you like lukewarm chicken go to the one in Gaffney. It is rarely hot.

Millington, TN At about 7:10 pm on Tuesday June 17th 2025 I want into the lobby to order two simple meals. I ordered the first one, a two piece dark with two thighs, something I have ordered many times in the past, when the young man behind the counter RODE ME DOWN, saying that they would only sell me a leg and a thigh. I asked again and he repeated himself. That's just the way it was. I have ordered this meal dozens of times in the past with zero problems but, not tonight. They were going to sell me what they wanted, not what I wanted. When the young man refused to sell me what I wanted, I told him, I'd just take my business (and my money) elsewhere. There are several other places locally who will sell me what I want. The young man's response as I left was that "He was doing what he was told". Sucks to be KFC. I'll just take my money elsewhere. Until the policy changes, I'll just drive past KFC to someone that will sell me what I want. Management may want to rethink their policy.
