My Yelp review. Millington, TN At about 7:10 pm on Tuesday June 17th 2025 I want into the lobby to order two simple meals. I ordered the first one, a two piece dark with two thighs, something I have ordered many times in the past, when the young man behind the counter RODE ME DOWN, saying that they would only sell me a leg and a thigh. I asked again and he repeated himself. That's just the way it was. I have ordered this meal dozens of times in the past with zero problems but, not tonight. They were going to sell me what they wanted, not what I wanted. When the young man refused to sell me what I wanted, I told him, I'd just take my business (and my money) elsewhere. There are several other places locally who will sell me what I want. The young man's response as I left was that "He was doing what he was told". Sucks to be KFC. I'll just take my money elsewhere. Until the policy changes, I'll just drive past KFC to someone that will sell me what I want. Management may want to rethink their policy.

terrible service @ the 220 spring st Charleston SC location all I wanted was 2 famous bowls and they couldn't get that right.. smh so I spent 16$ for 2 large bowls of mash potatoes smh... never again and the manager just standing there ridiculously laughing and fooling around. The store on Colerain in Cincinnati is horrible. On Saturday at 8:30 we ordered a 10 piece and added two biscuits. We only got 8 pieces (only one breast) and only 4 biscuits, not what we paid for. The sides were horrible. Corn that was dry and discolored (inedible) and potatoes with a THICK skin. I tried to call, no answer. Will NEVER eat there again.

reynoldsburg ohio store has the worst customer service period....no thank you just toss your food out the window and not a word said...will never return to this location....drive thru person needs a new career,customer service and retail isn't it

Got the $5 value meal, 2 pcs chicken, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. The biscuit was actually bigger than the chicken! Not really even worth $5.

I went through the drive up. Was told to pull around to the parking lot to get my food and there was no one behind me. When I ask her why I had to do this she was thinking you goodbye. Don’t know what the problem was but not going back.

Went to KFC for lunch today. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Today was filled with excellence. Excellent prices, excellent food, excellent service, and very clean bathroom. Keep up the good work in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

I guess today we went it might have been short staff I'm not sure but the service was a long long wait in the Drive-Thru and even once we got our food we was very dissatisfied because the food was old cold and just not worth what we paid for it

WORST service EVER. I was ignored at the drive up window. I backed out from the drive through and went inside where they ignored me again. When they finally acknowledged me I was told I would have to wait almost 30 minutes for their system to pull up. Why didn’t they get that done before opening? I know for a fact that employees were at the store for over 30 minutes before they opened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
