Special order consisted of a single cheeseburger with mustard and catsup only, plus medium fries. Watched as 4 orders on the status screen appeared and then served after I had ordered. Verified order time on my receipt as it seemed to be taking an unusual amount of time. Order bagged and handed to me 19 minutes after the order was placed. The best part...…...both burger and fries were COLD. Not lovin' it.
