I don't know how many times I have gone there ordered a mcchicken without lettuce add bacon and cheese and 9 times out of 10 they mess it up. Has the ticket on the wrapper and still doesn't have bacon or cheese on it, and I can't go back so they can make it right because I only have 30 min lunch break and it takes 25 minutes to get my food, if your employees can't read how to make the order as it states on ticket then start firing people. It's not that hard of a job.

Went through the drive through and got a chicken strip and chicken sandwich combo. We asked for barbecue and didnt get that or straws. When I went in and asked for a straw and barbecue sauce, I got asked if I got an order. I explained we went through the drive through and he juat said oh..... and handed them to me.

Food is okay; their workers are not the smartest. All I gotta say is check your bag before you drive off. I’ve gone multiple times where I’ve had to go back and get something changed or to get something.

I went through the drive through and this is not the first time my order is messed up.. I sat in the holding spot while my food was being prepared and sat through 5 people before I went inside. My order was only 4 sandwiches. I finally had to go inside to find my order and I was told that they forgot about the order.. I asked to have 2 more sandwiches added and come out together. Had to wait for the other 2 after I got my first order.. no apologize or what can I do to make it better. Got home and my first order was messed up. Order a steak and cheese bagel and got a bacon and egg. Not the first time this this issue has happened.. called up to complain and was told I can come back or come back tomorrow to fix it and got told that they were just busy and that this just happened..

Needs more staff who take the job seriously. Need more than one taking lobby orders if the kiosks are down. It's also way too tight in the front waiting for orders.
