This is the 2nd time I got a sonic blast from this location and there are hardly any toppings that they add to them. Be careful this place sucks with giving you a true ice cream experience.

Went tonight, ordered 2 #6 cheesy bacon supersonic double stacks, both no bacon both something we didn’t say we wanted. Onion rings burnt. Person taking order messed up and had to explain what was on the sandwich.

I don't recommend going to this sonic if you are a hard working person that using their card often and the numbers start to wear away the employees refuse to accept them. Will never come to this sonic again. Fulton sonic i way better.

Orders are never correct, especially when night shift is there. They will give you 15 packets of mustard you didn't ask for and still not give you the marinara you requested with your mozzarella sticks.

If you go during the day, there are usually no issues, but do not go during the evening shift. I knew better and decided to give them another try last night. Just don't do it. 20 minutes in line for an order ahead! We were the 3rd car in line.. 7 minutes at the window.. I mean, 20 minutes for 2 burgers, onion rings, crappy fries, and 2 shakes? Seriously? I should of just gone home. People are just standing around. Paid 4 bucks for less than a handful of fries with maybe a table spoon of queso. Husband also said they were double fried. Meaning old fries, refried to be hot. We used to work fast food and can usually tell when this happens as they taste burnt and gross. Onion rings totally falling apart. I couldn't pick them up without them crumbling. Ordered the reg queso and i guess what i got was a small. IDK I've ordered it before and it was a reasonable size for the price, not this time. Guy at the window forgot my husband's shake right off the bat then continued to ask over and over what's wrong, what's wrong, what's wrong as I was trying to make sure he got everything else. He didn't, but it was sauce, so whatever. Didn't want to wait an extra 10 minutes just for them to get a couple of cups of ranch. Just do better. We won't be going back any time soon.

The lady didn’t give us our change first and seemed very rude. Then when we left to eat are mozzarella sticks they were very cold. We had to reheat them because it was un eatable and way to expensive.

The food is really good. Also the people are really nice but there's like slots that you can park in an order and it's hard to get into them like a big vehicle can't bitten there really but other than that everything else is good.
Parking: There's a lot of spots you can park in but like if you have a truck it's really hard to fit your truck in there cuz it's a tight space can you take a while for them to make it.
I am a door dasher. Got my message food was ready. It says toi park in curbside or go to entrance to get my food.. lady made me get in line where people are ordering si I have to wait to get the food . 6 cars in line. I will decline any sonic orders sent to me.. I am a restaurant certified GM for 4 chains. This is horrible customer service. I will not recommend this store to anyone
