They were and gave my the wrong order and my daughter didn't get a toy with her wacky pack kids meal we waited 45 minutes for food we watched 8 customers leave not happy

Waited 10 minutes to place my order to drive-through kept rolling through. I just gave up this has happened at this location multiple times.

Sat there for over a hour waiting for our order to be taken just for us to be told to go to the drive through, put our order in then ask to speak to a manager at the window and got refused service.

I go here all the time and tonight was literally the worst experience I’ve had. It took 10 mins of sitting in a stall before they told me I could only go through the drive through. After about 45 mins after that I finally got my food. I get home and everything was dumped to the to the bottom of the bag. Order was wrong which is why it cost wayyy more than what it should have. I got no cheese with my pretzels!! And the kid at the window was not very polite. We don’t have many place to eat around here. And after that I prolly will be marking sonic in Mexico no off my list……
Not even worthy of the 1 star, Sat there waiting on out order 30 plus minutes watched others there not even as long get theres pushed red button waited another 10 finally said he'll with it and left. There in need of some competent management.

The food was just okay—not great, but edible. What really ruined the experience was the customer service. The woman taking orders at the speaker (she said her name was Lydia) was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the start. I simply asked to add a few items before driving to the window—something that’s completely normal at most places—but instead of helping me, she completely ignored me for about 10 minutes. After she sent out a male worker who only made a snide, dismissive comment: “Are you okay, lady?” I was so shocked by the experience I ended up going somewhere else the rest of it. I felt like my concerns were totally disregarded, and honestly, the comment came off as gaslighting. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Do better.

YummY in my tummy.. nice hot Groovy Fry's and the cheese on my burger was great and melted perfectly. Thank You Guys at Sonic Drive In

One day you can make 2 orders in the drive thru and tge next you cant. Bad experience with manager. 1 family in our car didnt get to order.

This is the 2nd time I got a sonic blast from this location and there are hardly any toppings that they add to them. Be careful this place sucks with giving you a true ice cream experience.

Went tonight, ordered 2 #6 cheesy bacon supersonic double stacks, both no bacon both something we didn’t say we wanted. Onion rings burnt. Person taking order messed up and had to explain what was on the sandwich.
