I don't know if all the Subway sites are like this but Mexico only accepts coupons on Saturdays and Sundays even though the coupon does not stipulate that. Then when I requested the $6 off of three sandwiches, per the sign hanging in front of my face, I was informed it was an old sign and they would only give me$2 off, of which was not given to me at checkout. I was there at 11 am and the stores trash cans were over flowing So sad this place has gone down so badly.

I ordered 3 of the new sandwiches The outlaw, a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and the bbq chicken teriyaki and the outlaw and the bbq chicken teriyaki were both wrong. The meat from the outlaw was on my chicken teriyaki one and the chicken was on my outlaw… won’t be going there again

I can’t rate the food bc I wasn’t able to eat. The attendant was so focused on completing online orders she wasn’t able to wait on any customers. After 30 minutes and online 1 person in line in front of me, I had to leave. This is the worst subway experience I’ve ever had.

I was a little worried when I saw they were really busy and there was only one person working. HOWEVER, we were happily surprised by how quickly we were served and how friendly the service was.As we watched our sandwiches being assembled, it struck me that employees were referred to as "Sandwich Artists," and for the first time, the title is well deserved. Our sandwiches were perfect and just what we wanted. But, to top it off, while our sandwiches were toasting, she was prepping food, running the register, and already getting bread for the next customer in line. Our Sandwich Artist's name was Olympia, and if you get the opportunity, you would be very lucky to have her create a piece of art for you.To the management of this store, I recommend that you do whatever is necessary to hang on to this employee. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find good help!!!

I am on a road trip and stopped by for a sandwich at 11:40am and they had the gate down with no sign of when someone would return.

I'd rather make a ham sandwich at home than to ever return.

Worst subway you can go to. Do not go here. 12 year olds working behind the counter. Toast your bread just for it to sit 20 min while the two behind the counter argue about who’s gonna do veggies on the sandwich. Went from dishes to making sandwiches twice. Terrible customer service and terrible subway ?
