My wife and I brought our kids to dine in on a busy night, and the shift lead Amber was amazing!! Her customer service was above and beyond, and she made our experience wonderful. Definitely worth coming back.

This Morning I was in the drive- thru twice, First time got bare minimum in my bag, but got everything and the guy was nice. Second time at 10:10 AM.ish The girl on was rude did not bring my orange juices and I waited 10 minutes at their pulled through line for nobody to still come out. I never even got the two orange juices for my meal, but I don’t have time and cannot stay to wait. I even tried to call in and the line is busy

This Hardee's is awesome¡! I made an order through door dash and an hour later it hadn't got here yet so I called Hardee's just to see if doordash had picked my food up yet!! They hadn't and the manager Jennifer could tell I was a little aggravated so Another manager Tracy actually brought my food to me! That is quality service if I ever I saw it! I am very grateful to know that there are still people in the fast industry that care about quality! My house is not easy to find but Tracy took the time out of her day to bring my food to me and was very patient in working with me to get it figured out how to get here! Thank you ladies for the amazing service and I am enjoying my breakfast as I am writing this and we all know Hardee's has the best biscuits and gravy around and I'm dying to try these Strawberry lemon biscuit as well!! Again thank you ladies for the amazing service!!

Everything was made I a timely manner! They made sure they got my order right and were nothing but courteous the whole time! I have a lot of respect for them and all the do. They're my go-to breakfast place in town!
