I gave it one star because after the girl walked past the counter and said she would take my order in just a moment. I did not realize that she meant she was going behind where the cooks are to flirt with them for the next 10 to 15 minutes.. I got tired of standing there waiting so I just left but I assume if that’s how the customer service is that’s also how the food would’ve been

Good to see new menu items being added. They forgot the steak nuggets. There were burnt bits in the curly fries and the curly fries were hard. Jalapeno poppers tasted sour. Slow. The soda was good though.

Stop on a trip up north and got a bite to eat. Jessica who was working at the the time was perfect. service skills. Communication and prompt service. At the time I order 4 potatoes cakes and 5 chicken strips. Well the person in the back missed understood being that they was soon to close. Bc I order 3 at 1st then changed it to 5. Well I only got 3 and she made it right. Thank you Jessica we need more servers like you. Keep up the great work. Oh and it's a truck stop as well.

Employee gave our order away and the the other employee was cussing about having to remake the order. When I asked for Arby's sauce she threw it at the bag. Some packets went in some hit me and some on the floor. Terrible customer service from all employees up front

We live 5 miles away and this location messed up an online order, receipt clearly says large for both meals. They forgot the straws, and 4 cheese sauces that we paid for. $27.00 meal first time stopping here. I call immediately when we got home to let them know. Of course no body answers the phone. Horrible customer service. Recommend do not go.

I don't like roast beef sandwiches. But as long as they keep thier 2 for $7 gyros, my 5 star review will stay here. Delicious. And a surprisingly large amount of food. Very good
