Food was great thanks Joe for being the only employee that was doing their job. The rest of the employees just sat around talking smack about other coworkers and managers rhe entire time we ate. Very dirty lobby floor and not a clean table around. Get yourself together ladies. If you hate your job that much I’m sure someone else is hiring.

Soda counter was sticky and had liquid all over it. Some sauces were out. No cups for the sauces. Floors were nasty and looked like they hadn't been touched all day. There was chunks of dry mud and food on them. Tables were sticky and some had leftover food on them. They were fast getting the food out. However, watched downtime for about 15 to 20 minutes. Nobody came out to clean.

Two guys making the food were joyful and having a good time while the place was busy all while staying busy and pumping food out!! The 2 ladies running the front also did great. Food was the best Arby’s I’ve had!! 11/1/2024

Came in tonight and placed our order. Our fries were old and they were out of several drink choices in the front and back. The worker had to come out front to get my ice and then go to the back for my water. The worker was very apologetic. I know this was not his fault but management . All the sauces were empty too up front too. We definitely will not be coming back.

We stopped in Arby’s in Moberly, Mo. location our way home from vacation. VERY rude employees. Kept customers waiting and ignored theme. Was hateful to customers in their lobby and gossiped about a customer in drive through. Quote, “ give me his order I will take it to him and collect the money. Maybe he will change his attitude”. From what we witnessed It wasn’t the customers negative attitude. It was obvious it was the lady working drive through. Got order wrong was very rude before correcting it. We heard all their conversations from lobby. Very inappropriate. Super slow service. Only four customers on the monitor. Rude lady with headset claimed they were swamped. Will not be back to this location EVER and will let our friends and family know of the inappropriate service at this location.
