Although I no longer live in Missouri, the food still tastes just as incredible as it did 10 years ago. This is hands down some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had — and that says a lot, considering how many states and countries I’ve visited. Thank you for another delicious meal!
Olde times atmosphere with license tags, records and photos. Friendly efficient staff, family owned and managed.
We had the burnt end sandwich (5 stars) with slaw (ordered extra to go-it may not be for everyone as it is different but we liked it), Mac and cheese and baked beans. All were good. I suspect I’ll be back in the future.
We were headed to Omaha and traffic on I 70 was full of drivers that wanted to go 72 mph in the passing lane....

Food is always delicious and hot. Favorite place to go on date nights or when I need a BBQ fix. The place is usually pretty popular and certain food items run out and get put on a bummer list the later you go. They always have a special or two on the black board. The cookies are yummy and if they ever bring it back (hopefully) as a special I highly recommend the Smoked Ruben it is to die for!
