I'm currently working and order mega burrito which clearly states on their website comes with chicken or steak, well apparently to them that means shrimp. A shrimp Burrito that wasn't even rolled, it was a mess falling from foil. took it back for a refund, guy says, no we don't do refunds. Tells me the online menu is wrong. Proceeds to argue, and then walks off cursing at me like Its my fault the food got made wrong. Just give me my money back and stop being rude. Definitely not going back.

Been going here for about a year now and it has been my fave Mexican food in town, but things are starting to go south. I'm writing this so hopefully things will get better. The last couple of times things haven't been so good. We had to wait 10 mins almost to be seated, a customer even noticed and said hopefully you'll get seated soon and we finally got acknowledged after I said hello and then the waitress was surley about it. This last time today, the chips were kinda stale and I asked for a dish then was charged for another dish at double the price and neither waitress did anything to remedy it. We will give it one more shot and then we will go to El vaquero.

Once again we did not have good service. It is our church night and we thought we would get supper there before going. Our waitress took our order and we waited and waited for our meal. All the people who came in got their food and we still waited. She did finally came out and said it shouldn't much longer . Wrong again..when we went to pay they ask if everything was ok. My husband said no and all they could say was I am sorry
