Every time i show up at the moberly store my food ends up being slopped together like garbage or cold. Tonight it was cold and im tired of it. Not going back there again.

Didn't realize I was in a pick up line only. No one bothered to ask me if I was there to pick up an order. When I finally did figure it out on my own, the young man who took my order was very disinterested. His body language said he was bored and didn't want to be there. I noticed the majority of all the employees had the same body language. The restaurant was clean. I'm not overly impressed with the flavor of the food. The bacon on the Frisco's sandwich was soggy and limp. The picture of the breakfast wraps is just bleh. The French fries were good and hot. The cinnamon rolls are also good.

Many different advertise coupons and discounts, but none of them seem to work or be honored. Suggestion was to use the app and order online or or through the app. I feel that if you’re going to advertise something and you still have public that comes in. They should actually be able to order the same thing they can order online, whereas a lot of elderly individuals do not have access to the Internet or the app and they cannot always Get what they need done without struggle. You were supposed to be able to receive a buy one get one free biscuit sausage or bacon until February 16 which automatically they could not do today. They did the other day. And coupons that were still valid. We’re not seeming to work through their system so they suggested I use the online service and order through them. Customer service is not very friendly at this location And I will not suggest it to others.

Waited fifteen minutes for two chocolate shakes. Staff is friendly, but there is no hustle and no sense of urgency.
I came through the drive thru this morning. They have a window advertisement for cinnamon raisin biscuits. I asked about it, and the gentleman talking and typing my order in rudely said they no longer sell those (then take down the ad because thats false advertisement and a crime). I asked about salsa for my burrito and with an arrogant tone he said ask about it at the window. As a former Shift lead/ Current Assistant manager at multiple Hardee's and restaurants through my years, I'm not pleased with his attitude. If he was one of my staff not only would a write up be given, but also possibly a cut in hours until he can get that straight. I understand people have rough days but you don't take it out on people making sure you still have a job and can take money home to provide for yourself. You don't treat customers badly because you are having a bad day.
