Terrible service, didn’t have the food we wanted, chicken wasn’t cooked in the famous bowl and didn’t have the corn! They were out of mac n cheese, chicken tenders, fries. What a terrible experience and it smelled terrible inside! What a joke!!!!!!!!!

Poorest food service ever experienced. We waited 25 minutes to get a pot pie and chicken wings. Overheard staff telling most everyone it was going to be a 20-30 min wait. Staff dress was very unprofessional . Will not come back

Hello this is Patricia and I want to give KFC three stars because while I am grateful to have it and appreciate the food when it’s good, it’s been hit or sometiems a miss depen ding on the day and sometimes the food is too cold and the quality hasn’t been great lately, especially compared to the Pizza Hut down the road which seems to have consistently better food, and I remember one time the chicken was i acutally good but it was actually burnt which was disappointing, and I do still appreciate the employees for trying even though things don’t always go perfectly, and honestly the last time I went I accidentally broke the windows with my car—but I think that may have been a different location because I honestly can’t remember exactly—but either way it was an accident and I’m still thankful for the place and the convenience, and I hope they can improve the consistency of the food because it really would make a difference, and even though I have had frustrating experiences I do still like having KFC nearby. I also like the arbys more so i don't go much no more thank you !!! So arbys if you're here can i order some more food.So I'll Place an order for pickup or delivery through the official Arby's website or the Arby's mobile app.

Went through on our way to Columbia today. We ordered BBQ chicken Sandwhich combo and 3 tender combo. Unfortunately my husband and I could only eat our small side because my tenders were slimy in the middle and my husbands sandwich was the same way. This isn’t the first time this has happened but KFC is one of my husband’s favorite places to eat and he wanted to try it again. Prior to this our orders have been wrong, slimy chicken, rude staff etc. and I was against going back. He called to talk with the manager and I was persistent about a refund because I was done at this point. I was given corporates number. At that point I was redirected back and the rep said the store manager would call me. So all these extra steps for what? The store manager refused but offered me the same amount I spent as in store credit. Why would I want to go back to a place that I’ve given multiple chances to?

This place is a hit or miss, sometimes everything is fine and delicious, and sometimes its not.
Tried to order and every different chicken item I tried to order was out, tenders, fillets, and drums and thighs. I was told they didn't do the 3 piece tender meal anymore, was offered no menu items that may be in stock.
