Tried to order and every different chicken item I tried to order was out, tenders, fillets, and drums and thighs. I was told they didn't do the 3 piece tender meal anymore, was offered no menu items that may be in stock.
Apparently the Moberly MO location employees don't know the difference between white and dark meat. My husband bought a dark meat and white meat dinner and both were dark when he got home. I hate dark meat so I drove back up there and ordered the white meat 3 piece. Got home and it was dark meat too. Guess it is cereal for me tonight. This location gets the orders more wrong than the do right.

Waiting 20 minutes inside the store for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. Turned out it wasn't even started when I got there. Then they hand it to me and I'm missing all my sauces 2 whole sides and all 6 of my biscuits. Oh yeah didn't notice I didn't have biscuits until after I got home, when it was too late.

I going to order a five piece meal deal supposed to come with mashed potatoes two pieces of chicken and a biscuit it never gave me the biscuit, you should get what you pay for their prices are high enough as it is. They also don't give silverware or napkins, also when I get to drive through window the cashier was standing here vaping.
Food was good but hard to enjoy the meal since it was so cold in the dining area we had to take our food and leave. Hard to enjoy your meal eating it meat cooler. Several complained but nothing changed. One couple sat outside in their vehicle because it was so cold inside.

Tonight everything was very hot and fresh! It was very busy. I could tell the crew was being tested. In anticipation of a decent hangover meal, I kept my patience. Everything exceeded my expectations. The mashed potatoes and gravy were EXCEPTIONALLY tasty this evening.

This KFC will be closed within 3 years. I tried to get a 4 piece combo. They said it will be 20 minutes or so we are out of chicken. I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU!! Can someone explain to me how the chicken place runs out of chicken? So anyways I went with the spicy chicken sandwich. Let me tell ya... that chicken had to of been sitting out for hours it was rock hard. I couldn't even eat it cause it was like eating a literal rock I thought me teeth were going to break.
