I normally like Long John's Silver. Last time I ate there the food wasn't great

It was good food. Also fast and friendly service. Love the fish tacos! Not so much on the lobster bites.

I love writing reviews. I am a local to the area Moberly, usually stealing and reselling catalytic converters from cars parked at the O'Reilly Auto Parts south of here. Considering that people typically are quite hesitant purchasing precious, uncut metals from an individual posted up at the Phillips 66, I unfortunately do not have much money. This led me to only being able to afford the batter bits box. My experience however, was quite offput, given that these tasted different than they usually do. Unlike tasting like urine, such as they usually do, they instead tasted like alligator. I didn't order alligator, nor have ever wanted to eat alligator, so I stood atop my table and demanded a refund. The workers, incredibly rude, refused to give it to me. From my view atop the table I saw a severed arm in the fryer. Other than that, the restrooms here are very nice, and smell of strawberries. Please try and have more customers supportive of buying raw platinum from street dealers. I'd like to afford the fish next time.

I was very disappointed this trip. The slaw was wilted and tasteless. I know that fish swim, but please, not in oil. Not a fan of the waffle fries but they were the best part of this meal. Was disappointed that you are not serving okra. Hope you do better in the future.

Saw a sign outside that said “Chariots corn basket $6.99. Got to the drive thru ordering point and the special was not show on the menu board. Ordered the combo that was listed but it was $10.99 and did not get French fries with it. Ordered Cole slaw and the order taker substituted it for fries. I went into store to get an explanation for the issues. Talked to the manager & all I got from her was that the special on the board only includes 1 soda and no drink. So I told her it was not reasonable to pay $4.00 extra for 2 hush puppies and a small drink. Her response was “that’s the way it is”.
I will never go back to this location again. Poor customer relations. All I really needed was some French fries.

Like everything else quality has gone down and prices up but it's still good. They have changed their fries to waffle fries and it's not an improvement. This store needs to replace a lot of their booth cushions, large rips in them.

Tough chicken. It's been down about 10 minutes now and man do I need some tums bad. Hadn't been to long John's for a few years, now I remember why. Won't make that mistake again.

Fries served cold, when my husband went to the counter the girl actually was arguing with him that they weren't and even put her hand in them, shouldn't be such a hassle to just get fresh fries.
