We made an order at 5:40 p.m still waiting for our order at 6:25 p.m. came and took our receipt because they last our order and cannot currently give me a time while we still sit here and wait. Spending 35$ on food. What the heck come on McDonald's! What happened to that quick friendly service.

Got side lined to wate on hash browns sat there for 10 minuts watched at least 20 cars go through i no some of them got hash browns finally had to walk in to my food the service is bad

Cafe this is absolutely the best experience I've ever had in any mcdonald's, and that's saying something because I've been to a lot of different ones. The drive-thru movie quickly and the people were so polite and on the ball very attentive had me pull up thank me for waiting everything was corrected coffee was perfect and an extremely great greeting bringing my food and a sincere thank you. Extremely fantastic last McDonald's I went to was Business loop in Columbia Missouri and let me tell you about the exact opposite of this Mcds.. but that's a different review. I would just like to say thank you to the crew at McDonald's here in Moberly, for being great at what you do and striving to be the best. If someone from their finds this please feel free to contact me I don't want to bother you while you're at work by calling so again so appreciative and thankful for a great experience!

Why did I watch 9 cars leave the drive thru before any of the 5 parked cars got their order? Whats the benefit of online ordering if im waiting around anyway?! Better believe I'm not pulling off to park again. Y'all can suck it for the window time you're trying to save. Work faster and keep the orders straight! this is why people don't vote for increased min wages and it's sickening!

Almost every time I have gone there, it has been a 20 minute wait. I went there tonight at about 4:15 a.m. after getting off a 12-hour shift at work. I ordered a head on the app like I normally do. Lo and behold they had cones at both the drive-thru speakers when the truck was there. I used to be a fast food manager. If you can't handle taking orders and dealing with the truck, you should not be running a fast food joint. If it weren't for the fact that they were supposedly open 24 hours, I would not be going there. It wouldn't let me post the video so here's screenshots

Idc how busy it is, why does it take 30 minutes for a single item order that doesn't take custom preparation? Just give me the fries, or give me the apple pie immediately ffs. On top of skipping my order, take an additional 5 minutes to get my order out after making a mistake. Why is the next generation so dumb and slow?

i went in because they forgot my icecream cone lol, asked for it and they literally handed me it without gloves! only the cooks were wearing any, disgusting! i would’ve asked for a cup if i knew they’d ruin my cone 🙁🙁💔

I got two 10 piece chicken nuggets, large fry, and large drpepper
I got 2 open boxes of chicken nuggets one was slightly ripped, no large fry, and a large Pepsi
And no I didn't get wrong order I was the only person in the drive thru

I really only have a problem when that Rachel girl is managing. She has NO business being in charge of anything. When she's there it's slow, the food sucks, the staffs moral seems low and she's rude. Have mostly good experience with the others though.
